You don't feel like your staying in your typical run down hotel next to the airport. It is very well maintained, has an excellent sports bar for dinner. From the moment we entered the lobby until we left the next morning, the staff could not have done more for us. We felt like their genuine professionalism and good spirits made...

A business conference at the hotel required me to stay for three days. It was a difficult drive from Albany to Philadelphia and my expectations were low. What a pleasant surprise to be greeted by Nassir the porter. His enthusiasm and friendly personally melted the stress from the drive immediately. Next we were upgraded to a suite without asking. Another...

My husband and I were stranded overnight in Philadelphia due to weather on March 3. This was just about the only airport accommodation that still had rooms. We were very pleasantly surprised. We were not feeling at all happy when we checked in, because USAirways mishandled the entire situation since we arrived from Orlando in Philly. We were greeted at...

The common areas of the hotel were nice. The gym was basic and had enough cardio machines so that no one had to wait for a workout. There were few weights. The room was kind of scuzzy and my sink didn't drain (easily fixable likely). The bathroom had shower scum/mold in the caulking. The restaurant's food was good, the restaurant...

Dear Kristen, We are disappointed that we could not give you a more enjoyable stay. I have shared your comments with my department heads and steps are being taken to correct your concerns. We have already begun an extensive PM of our guest room baths. We are well on our way to completing the hotel. I would greatly appreciate the...

Ok pricing, complimentary parking and shuttle to the PHL airport make this hotel a solid bet for travelers, comfortable rooms, good service, pretty alright restaurant/bar for an airport hotel. The shuttle service can be a bit flaky at times, as we found out recently - with my family waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the snow for a...

Dear Dan, I appreciate the feedback you offered regarding your recent stay. I can understand the challenges many travelers had that day with the storm. I believe we were all a bit too optmistic as we had anticipated warmer temperatures and more rain then snow. When that did not take place the staff quickly responded but other obstacles still persisted....

We had to stay here last minute before a flight. Beautiful lobby. Restaurant food was just ok....one of us got a ceassr salad and the lettuce was obviously old. Free shuttle to airport is a plus. However....our room was dated and had some issues. Stains on the dated chair in the room......blood stains all over the curtain. We asked for...

We were 4 adults and 2, 11 year olds. We stayed overnight before our flight out of Philly the next morning. We had a very relaxing evening on the conceirge floor with snacks and drinks. The girls loved swimming in the pool for hours before bed. In the morning we enjoyed breakfast and a quick and easy van ride to...

Did I stay in the same hotel as the other reviewers? This place is horrible. First was the noise, I checked in late on a Saturday night, one week ago. The hotel was apparently hosting some kind of event and at 1230 am Sunday morning you could hear the noise of shouting and conversation and see the people, many of...

Dear Valued Guest, First let me say that we are all disappointed that we could not give you the type of stay you hoped for. I have reviewed your comments with the staff in particular our housekeeping department to ensure the rooms details are being met. We have gone through the entire hotel and made phone maintenance a primary initiative....

Stayed at the Renaissance near the Philadelphia Airport for a business trip. It's a classic Marriott Renaissance. Nicely appointed, friendly staff and good room service. The rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and have all the normal accommodations for a Marriott. If you need to be close to the Philly airport, this is a great option. Helpful...

Check in was fast, easy & efficient. Patrick was fabulous making sure I was well taken care of at the front desk. Michelle in the restaurant was kind & courteous taking care of an issue with my martini. Salmon was prepared special for me & not off the menu. Overall an excellent experience.
