The B&B was great. Different from the usual in that the food for breakfast was provided in the room which was equipped with a small kitchen. Very clean and "old fashioned"...very charming and close to all you want to do in Philadelphia.

Kathy is a lovely lady, very pleasant and helpful, good at recommending what to do when short on time. Beautiful, well kept older house - decor really suited it! Loved our Ruby room, quite a big room with well stocked kitchen for us, and the breakfast items are replenished every day. Fab location - easy to walk to old town... More

Such a beautiful house in a perfect location! Situated on a quiet street but within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and the liberty bell and independence hall. Kathy, the owner was excellent so friendly and very accommodating! She has a charming house that yes shows the cracks but that is to be expected due to the age of... More

Clinton St B&B is such a beautiful place to stay. Its a great location, the rooms are beautifully decorated and Kathy is an absolutely lovely host! Its walking distance to the major attractions yet is set far enough away from the main strip for a quiet enjoyable stay. The in room breakfast is plentiful with lots of choices. Would definitely... If you're going to the Philadelphia historic district and staying over night, this is the perfect place to stay. This is not your typical bed & breakfast as far as the family-style group breakfast, but has all of the other amenities, plus more. The facility is very clean and the proprietor and staff are very friendly.

Was so pleased to find this accommodation in Philadelphia. Location was excellent. Quiet charming street. Close to lots of attractions. House was a real slice of history. Having your own kitchen is very handy in the city so you can eat in. Parking was in a garage 500 feet away! Was great to know the car wasn't on the street... More

What an incredible property, and such a delightful host! Kathy owns a beautiful row style home on a safe street, in a convenient location. We stayed in the Pearl room for a long weekend and could not recommend the B&B, and the Pearl Room specifically, any higher. Our flight arrived into town way past normal check in hours, yet Kathy... This is a clean, quiet, well-appointed, spacious accommodation in a lovely area of Philadelphia. It is a short walk to historical sites and good fare. However, if you are a perfectionist regarding your lodging, you may not be happy here, as the place could use sprucing up! There were cracks in the plaster walls and our room had exposed wires...
