Stayed three nights. Pros- beautiful decor, clean, events, 24hr room service, good location Cons- no tea pot or coffee machine in room, pillows were awful, tv was weirdly placed and no smart TVs and no speakers for phone etc.

My wife and I spent a 3 day weekend at the Monaco recently. Not our first time staying there. The staff and accommodations are wonderful. The concierge, Roshid, was especially helpful in locating a nice restaurant for a special occasion. Will be returning.

Superb location, clean, well kept rooms. Lousy & expensive parking, supposedly indoors BUT the cars are brought to you after a very long wait covered in snow and ice so you can’t see to drive. The Red Owl Tavern” restaurant (moderately expensive) keeps you waiting interminably…
