Great people running this hotel. The lobby was under a little construction but already looked great. My room wasn't ready well after 3:00 so they gave me an upgraded room that was available. The room was great, large and clean. Also, try the restaurant on the 10th floor. I thought the food there was awesome.

Hotel's Favorite
I stayed for two nights while in Philadelphia for business. The head of guest service (who's name I can't recall) checked me in and was extremely polite and professional. My guest room on the 12th floor had a gorgeous view of the reservoir and Philly skyline. The bed and linens in the room were extremely comfortable and lent themselves to a much needed great night of sleep. Every staff member I encountered greeted me and was polite, especially the security team lead by Arthur, which seems to do a fantastic job - I didn't have any issues with noise whatsoever. The breakfast offering was great - especially the delicious mini donuts. I visited Delmonico's, the hotel restaurant/bar for dinner & drinks on two occasions while staying at this hotel. Not only was the steak (16oz NY Strip) fantastic and a very thick cut of meat, the drinks were expertly mixed. Beyond that, the team at Delmonico's is what really sets it apart from other steakhouses and lounges. Specifically, Terry & Morad at the bar were attentive, friendly, and regularly checked on guests throughout the lounge. The manager, Kevin, was present throughout both visits and it was clear he cared about each guest's experience and offered great recommendations. Overall, this location is the perfect pairing of a first-rate hotel and steakhouse - I'd highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again whenever I visit Philly for business or pleasure.

I called, on 8/18/2020 to book a room. Winter answered and wasn't sure if there was any availability. He came back on & asked if I wanted one or two beds. I said whatever they had would work. He put me on hold for almost an hour and then I got disconnected. I called back and got a lovely girl, Nina. I explained everything to her. She said there wasn't any availability & offered to find me a room at another hotel. I thanked her, but chose to go to an Air BNB.

I’m a loyal brand customer. But this is the first time I’ve seen a mouse in a hotel room. My room was changed- but who can sleep now?! Already made a reservation at another (Hilton) hotel for the remainder of my stay. The staff here have been great. But the rooms are kind of dirty - like no one comes in to clean/ dust just because occupancy is down. All of the corners have built up dust. The have used TP in rooms (both that I’ve had). No room service. I can understand no food service if occupancy is down - but I couldn’t even get silverware for a dinner delivery I had. Lots of steps at entry, awkward with your hands full. No bellman. Someone who stands in the lobby and watches the door - but offers no help. Parking is offsite. Too far to be practical if you want to access your car after dark, or are alone. Generally, a disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this location.
