The location of this property is very ideal as it's close to pretty much all of the Philadelphia's main attractions and at a very reasonable rate. The hotel is right across the city hall and a short walking distance from Chinatown.

Stayed one night while my daughter was performing at this years Oireachtas. The hotels location was perfect right next to the event. Check in was quick, staff was pleasant. Room was clean & the kitchen was perfect to reheat food. Breakfast was provided, the staff made sure that the food was constantly refilled. Would definitely stay here again...

I have stayed at a few Residence Inns previously, but this experience was rather notable. It was a five minute walk to the convention center, and about less than an mile to the historical attractions. I was able to enjoy my convention and then plan accordingly to view some of the city's attractions. The food service was quite good with...

The location of the hotel is pretty ideal for Philadelphia. You're near Reading Terminal Market, which is kind of my primary goal when here. If your used to the large rooms of Residence Inns, this one is shockingly small. I was in a 15 "line" room and it was tiny. One person was fine but two would be pushing it....

InChan S, Front Office Manager at Residence Inn Philadelphia Center City, responded to this review

Dear OhFranklin, Thank you for taking the time and reviewing our property. As being in the downtown area space is very limited. The 15 "line" rooms are not our standard room and we have a few that would be considered standard in other hotels. I apologize that you did not have a satisfactory experience with your room. I will review...

Came here for a weekend and upon entering the stunning lobby, we knew we'd be in for a wonderful stay. My girlfriend was sick and Mary Kate at the desk immediately gave her a goodie bag, early check-in and couldn't have been nicer. Maybe the warmest check-in I've ever experienced. Thank you Mary Kate! Location is perfect and rooms are...

I have stayed at Marriott's Residence Inn in Center City Philadelphia many times in six years. It is the only hotel I visit and have no desire to try something new. The hotel has always been nicely furnished and very clean but right now they are updating paint, carpet, furniture - I was blown away. My corner room had new...

My room was decent and clean and comfortable. Centrally located in center city and a close walk to Chinatown. The price was reasonable and breakfast was good - scrambled eggs were a happy surprise- real eggs not the drippy reconstituted mess that is the norm.

I stayed at the Residence for 2 nights Oct 14 & 15. I had a very nice stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient to theatre, shops and restaurants. Check in and out was very easy and simple.

Stayed at the hotel and had a great view of City Hall and the skyline. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. About the only complaint is the lack of a restaurant and bar in the hotel. Every morning there is a great free breakfast and Monday through Wednesday they have a "mixer" in the lounge. The...

First of all, the location was perfect for us- right in the heart of the city & within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We didn't want to pay the $54 a night for parking, so we parked by the Art Museum on a side street for free. Was a nice 30 minute walk to our car, but...

Dear k930, Thanks for taking the time in letting us know how your stay went with us. Very sorry that you're room wasn't to the levels that you expect and should get with a Marriott hotel.
