Tucked away on a charming side street, this small hotel is perfect for a quiet stay. Very French in its ambience, the concierge was extremely helpful and professional. The room my husband and I shared was pretty and comfortable with a clean, nicely stocked bathroom. For me, the bed was too soft and I ended up having to sleep, part... More

HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW
Reviewed March 26, 2016

My wife and I had a very nice experience at this small hotel located a block off Rittenhouse Square in Center City Philly. Extremely helpful & friendly staff, very clean well appointed room on 3rd floor. Within walking distance of many of Philly's sites. Miss Lydia took very good care of us at breakfast. We would certainly come back. More

This is our fifth visit. Well trained, warm staff. Cheery breakfast room with good continental breakfast, wine in the early evening, central location. Apple bread pudding on Thanksgiving morning. Our home away from home in Philly.

Stayed in this gem of a place this past week for a conference. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, always offering a bit of info to help make our travels around town better. The staff was very knowledgeable and took ownership of any situations that arose. The room was small but well appointed with nice furniture and details.... More

excellent location to rittenhouse square area. lots of restaurants around. easy access to some of the sights. hotel is is comfortable with friendly staff and comfortable bed and room. breakfast is basic but tastes great and plenty of it. nice to be eating on proper china and cutlery rather than just paper plates as many hotels are moving to.

This is a very romantic hotel with a nice mostly continental breakfast (can order off the menu). I also love this location as Rittenhouse Square is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shopping. The French restaurant in the art building up the street was delicious.

Joe at the front desk could not have been more helpful. He made several dinner and shuttle arrangements. He also arranged to have the shuttle bus pick us up at there hotel.
