The hotel caters for Temple University parents. If you want to stay close to your child in Temple, this is the only place to stay. But the hotel needs overhauling. Facilities are ancient. The bathrooms need to be upgraded; so are room furniture. The front desk staffs are helpful and pleasant. The room rates are low enough (value for money).

This hotel has definitely seen better days. Our room was quite dated and run down. Note that at least some rooms have a few stairs inside the room (between the bathroom and the beds). The Inn is tucked inside of the Temple Campus, and with current construction you need to walk about a block to reach the road to catch... More

The people were nice and the hotel was fair but... There is construction going on all around the hotel. the hammering started at 7AM. Not good!! the other problem was parking. It is super limited. we reserved a spot that was supposed to be guaranteed but somebody took it and the hotel did not even try to have it towed... More

We have stayed here previously and just returned from another 3 night stay. Our family had a suite and a double room for 5 adults and we were extremely comfortable. Front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean with comfy beds and plenty of towels. One night we requested additional towels from the cleaning lady and they... More

Overall the hotel was OK. Definitely not at the level of a Marriott, but if you ar visiting Temple you cannot beat the location, I wish the city would do something to improve safety, because the neighborhood is not safe to walk, which is a real pity. The room is spacious, however, I found out that the bed sheets were... More

Rooms are spacious and clean - if a little dated. The staff were all very obliging helping with restaurant recommendations and taxi bookings. Since it is in the uni there are lots of students around in semester and a range of food choices available within the university itself. The Inn is close to the tube station and a variety of... Stayed at this lovely hotel while visiting Temple and Philly. Easy to find from the train and also close to the subway. Rooms are large and comfortable. A little noisy. No breakfast, but tea and coffee available all day.

We stayed at Conwell Inn while visiting our daughter who is a student at Temple. Since I had checked a map beforehand we had no trouble locating the entrance to the alley where the parking is located. Definitely worth the $15 to park. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a king suite with a small... More

My friends & I visited the Conwell Inn for a Bachelorette weekend. We booked three rooms and all of them were clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our bride felt like a queen. Thank you Conwell Inn. Can't wait to book our next girls weekend.

We stayed here during the summer and we were very welcomed by the friendly staff. Its inside Temple Uni. so it gave me a sense of security. To be frank though.. it was kind of expensive for the standard room, we payed 143 dollars for the room for a night. There was a yellow stain on the bed and hair... More
