This is a very nice hotel. Arrival was painless. Valet parking efficient, friendly... but costly. Check in easy. Room spacious, modern and clean. The rooms were safety sealed after their covid protocol. You can get a digital key on your phone. Wifi free with Honors program membership. Food at affiliated restaurant Louie Louie was very good for lunch and dinner. Would have easily gotten five stars, but for two issues. First a billing error, which is presumably being corrected after a phone call. My fault for not checking bill until it was emailed to me after check out. Second, inept room service for breakfast. Ordered the night before for 9am. When nothing had arrived by 9:10, I called to ask why the delay? Answer: do you still want it? Why would I order it if I didn’t want it, I asked. Okay, but it will take at least 15 minutes more, which I didn’t believe. Decided to forget it and go to a Starbucks a couple if blocks away for coffee and donut for a fraction of the cost. A covid related issue? Perhaps, but still annoying and unforgivable. In short, will gladly stay here again, but will never order room service.

I have stayed at the Inn at Penn for the last few weeks, the hotel is perfectly located on Penn's campus, the staff is so attentive, the hotel modern and clean. I had some very unique requests during my stay and the staff bent over backward to accommodate. I will always stay here when back in Philly.

With all the fears aboyr corona virus and the recent riots in Philadelphia, must say I had some trepidation about traveling. But the Inn at Penn was wonderful! Safe, quiet. The hotel is owned by UPENN and they have their own police force. We stayed in, before the manadatory 8:30 pm citywide curfew, and ordered in from a menu the desk clerk provided. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The hotel is less than a mile diving to UPENN Hospital, or is a quick walk. For now, also free, on street parking. All of my trips to Philly will include a stay here.

Thank you for trusting us to provide safe, clean, and comfortable accommodations. As you mentioned, we are temporarily offering complimentary self-parking for registered guests on the 3600 block of Sansom Street and on Steve Murray Way. While we anticipate that this will be the case for the remainder of June, we expect to revert to exclusively offering valet parking in July. We look forward to acting as your home away from home when you visit Philadelphia in the future.

This property is an asset to the Hilton portfolio and their service exceeds that of a neighboring Four Seasons. The front office is engaged and focuses on every detail to ensure an overall stay of relaxation. The breakfast attendants / host (gentlemen and woman) are equally friendly and provide spectacular service. LOVE LOVE LOVE this property.
