From the moment we were greeted cordially at Our check-in, to the Doorman who hailed a cab for us to the airport, the Westin proved a good decision. the room was spacious, clean, well-lit. Lots of Fluffy white towels and washcloths in bathroom. Coffee Bar had all the accessories. Staff is attentive. Breakfast server was so hospitable. And the eggs were Delicious. A 5-star stay. Thank you.

I've been staying at Westins for years and have generally had great customer experience--the staff is consistently great! This location has outdated rooms--and my room smelled like a smoking room. Front desk was very nice. Loyal Marriott gold member, but this hotel needs an upgrade (and room cleaning).

The first impression of any meeting is the person who greets you upon arrival. This was the doorman Kair Duchalal A pure gentleman. What is interesting is he was there when I arrived at 5:00pm and when I departed at 8:00am the next morning.

Overall very average and not what I would expect from a Westin. Rooms are extremely dated and service was poor. The only nice thing was the gym. Food and towels were left in the hallway for days - seems like they either are lacking staff or existing staff isn’t trained very well.

Stayed for 8 nights - room is old and services are slow. towel was not cleaned with a huge gross thing (like a gum) on it. They even knocked on my door at 11:30pm to deliver an ice bucket which I didn't request! Westin you need to make sure your staff is well trained and your quality assurance is done properly.
