Andrea was great at check in, she went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay great. Our entire trip would’ve been ruined and wasted if she was not able to help us out. Thank you so much Andrea!
Andrea was absolutely amazing with helping us get a room situated with our dogs. They are absolutely nuts and we were panicking. She completely saved not only our night, but our entire trip. I would marry this woman if I could. Thank you Andrea!!
I honestly enjoyed my stay at the clubhouse quarters because the staff was great and one person, I want to shout out is Andrea, she made sure we could check in early without a fee and kept me close to another guest staying on another room that traveled with me. I also appreciate other staff, sadly I forgot to get their names. I remember during the first night of my stay, another employee made sure I got upgraded to a better room when there was an issue with my sink in my original room. They really went above and beyond by doing that. Overall, I appreciate all the staff and services provided.
This is my go to hotel for live events in Philly.Fair price awesomely convenient location.Plenty of late night clubs and bars near by for the after party. My friend and I were having the morning from hell We arrived stressed out tired and badly in need of a shower.Thank goodness for Andrea. After relating the really crappy morning we had just had to Andrea, she got us into our rooms ASAP so we could clean up and de stress a little bit.I always really appreciate when some one goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable and the staff at this hotel has done this consistently over the years.
The location, staff, and room was wonderful. CQ is close to transportation, cafes, and restaurants. It’s also in walking distance to City Hall and Rittenhouse Square. The room was clean and quiet, although the bathroom was small. A really nice touch was the cold, filter water available for guest to fill their water bottle with. We also appreciated that they held our luggage after we checked out so we could see some more sites before leaving.
Stayed here with a few colleagues for just under a week. The rooms were ok - nice and clean. But I’d say they’re quite dated, compared to how the outside and the lobby look. We also found it a tad annoying that in order to get to reception you have to get in one of onto two elevators - for a hotel of that size it means there’s lots of people trying to use them. And for some reason the stairs were out of order for the entire of our stay. When we booked the hotel online it said that it came with breakfast. And yet, when we arrived, we found that the restaurant area was completely closed. I’m guessing this is due to covid? But then again we stayed in June 2022 so the main restrictions of covid had been long gone. Slightly annoying as it was a daily expensive we weren’t expecting to pay. Luckily there is a great bagel shop just around the corner. All in all, it’s not the greatest hotel in the city by any stretch. But also not the worst. We were working at the Philly convention centre and it was perfectly located for that (just a 10 Min walk)…
Great comfy clean place for a quick concert stay. The rooms are small, I recommend this place if you're not looking to spend a huge amount of time in your room. The hotel is close to the Reading Terminal Market & other attractions. Stayed here for two different concerts so far & had great experiences both times! It's definitely a bare minimum type of hotel, but if that's what you're looking for it's perfect! Also, the restaurant inside is closed. Highly recommend getting delivery if necessary. No refrigerators in the rooms either but they do offer ice. All in all would return! If you're looking for a swanky place I would recommend the Westin around the corner. It shares parking with the Club Quarters and it's a higher caliber place!
The hotel lobby is nice. The rooms are a little on the old side, need a refresh of new furniture. You can tell this is an older hotel, the corridors smell a little musty and needed a good vacuum. Rooms are a weird shape, bathroom needs redoing too. This being the most expensive hotel on our stay, I expected more. Wasn't able to check in early. Bed was comfy, only one pillow each though. Water in lobby was a good feature.
Bed was very uncomfortable, extremely soft mattress with bumps as well as the pillows. There were just 2 pillows so had to call to front desk to get an extra couple. Toilet looked like a kid’s toilet. Parking awful experience and very expensive, even with the 20% discount they offer. Coffee machine broken. They have water dispensers and disposable bottles on each floor which is nice but the dispensers were poorly maintained, not clean so I just preferred to buy water from the store.
Rooms were nice, fairly well appointed with desk, arm chair, hair dryer, and ironing board. Free filtered water stations with refillable plastic bottles were located on each floor. Coffee bar was nice. Over all cleanliness was above average. Rates were lower than many of the surrounding hotels. Now for the cons: There is no drop-off lane for guests to unload or load luggage unless one of the 20 minute temporary parking spaces across the street are free. There is no on-site parking and guests must park around the corner in a commercial parking garage which was EXTREMELY expensive. CQ website described the off-site parking as "across the street", but you have to walk to the end of the block, go through a building lobby, then take the elevator down to the garage to access your vehicle. Not cool! Shower (no tub) had great water pressure, but the layout was poor. The attempt to provide some counter space in the small area was noble, but the toilet was almost underneath the counter and the paper holder was situated on the wall sort of behind the toilet making it extremely awkward to reach unless you're pretty flexible. Summary: nice staff, rooms, and amenities, clean, reasonably priced for the area, but would not stay again mostly due to parking situation.…
