It may be best known as the home of the Liberty Bell, passionate sports fans and a certain namesake sandwich, but there’s so much more to the City of Brotherly Love. Club Quarters hotel has an amazing staff anytime you need. Yes it is a hotel but you will feel like you are at home when you take a break and lounge in their beautiful living room style lobby area above ground floor. For all you coffee, espresso, cappuccino and lates fans, you're in luck because at any time of day or night you can have the best of the best hot beverages while lounging and watching the world, local news or pick your own channel. The cleanliness of my room was amazing and when I requested to have my bed redone, housekeeping was there in less than 5 minutes. They even changed my trash cans and replenished the towels I used. On each floor as you enter or exit the elevators you have at hand purified water station and their fitness room has everything you could possibly need. Without doubt, I recommend Club Quarters for your stay whether you're just traveling for fun or on business. Their lobby doesn't feel like a hotel lobby, rather more like a cozy living room that also can be used for any meetings. You will be in good hands, especially Dermot Shantel and Quinton so just ask for any one of them. Mark K. January 2025

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. We wished the hotel had Coke products instead of Pepsi, but the chilled filtered water by the elevator was great. Best of all, was the staff! Dermot and Shantel were very kind and helpful, very personable!!

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood. Very clean. Good quality of linens and bedding. Definitely an upscale hotel in many areas. A few things that impressed me - my room was not equipped with a microwave. When I asked the front desk, they were very accommodating and sent a microwave to our room within minutes. there are empty water bottles next to the elevator for guests to fill up at the water fountain and take with them. This is very convenient and environmentally responsible. I would stay with them again since I frequently come to Philly to visit my daughter.

I came into Philadelphia for a conference and was grateful to be staying at the CQ. The rooms were comfortable with a microwave and mini fridge making my longer stay more comfortable, especially as there are 2 Trader Joe's in walking distance. The lobby is also very comfortable with a library and onsite espresso machine. The highlight though is the sparkling water on tap and the filtered water-bottle filling in each floor.
But most of all the staff were wonderful. At the front desk Dermot was patient with all of my questions making sure I got to the airport safely. The other front desk staff had great food recommendations as well. All were friendly, responsive, and patient. Truly a great experience.

Very nice looking hotel, check in was easy. The coffee machine in the lobby was great, had many options for coffee. The reusable plastic bottles with chilled water refill was fabulous. We used it many times over our stay. Check out was easy and simple. The room was small but the lobby was a good size to sit and eat or do research. The bed was okay, but by the time we got back we were so tired we still slept well. Parking garage is about a block away but we found if you take the elevator you come out in the shopping area where Puttshack is and you go out the doors there and across the street to the hotel. The hotel does validate your parking pass (hourly option) which makes parking around $35 a day. Just make sure if you leave, get your new ticket validated,.

The room was clean and quiet with very comfortable bedding. The staff are all very personable and the hotel is focused on environmentally friendly changes like the real mugs at the espresso machine. It’s a basic small room that leaves little little extra space beyond sleeping but I don’t any spend time in my rooms when traveling. I traveled with my bicycle and had no trouble retrieving it. They store large items in a secure location not accessible to the public due to the room size. Initially I was concerned about not having my bicycle with me but was quickly at ease with the care they took. The QC has the best secure layout of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. As a single woman traveling alone that is important to me. The area is filled with a variety of restaurants, shopping, and a 20 min walk to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The staff was personable and Dermot was helpful throughout the checkout process! The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a small refrigerator and microwave in the room to keep leftovers. I will be staying here again for sure!

Club Quarters is a great hotel on Chestnut Street, close to all the shops and restaurants you could possibly want as well as walking distance to all the Philly attractions – from the museums in Parkway to the historic district downtown. It is as central as you could get. The hotel itself is a quiet haven from the surrounding bustle. There are thoughtful touches that elevate it above the usual – coffee in the lobby (and chill-out area), comfortably large rooms with microwave and sink, a decent-sized bathroom. All in all, It’s a warm and inviting environment.
What really sets it apart however is the staff – who are friendly and courteous and promptly respond to all queries - was checked in by Tysiear, who was engaging and patient with all my questions as a first-time visitor to Philadelphia. The legendary Dermot also went beyond the call of duty to assist. I wish them both successful careers at the Club Quarters chain.
Given the indifferent service from most corporate hotel groups these days, Club Quarters sets a high bar for other hotels in a similar price bracket.

This hotel is in a great location where you can walk to restaurants, shops and attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful and anticipated our needs. The room was clean and a good size for my friend and I. We stayed one night and the hotel staff locked away our bags when we checked out since we weren’t quite leaving the city yet. There’s free coffee and other warm drinks in the lobby (I didn’t have any but I was impressed it was available!). There was also bottles to use for water and a refill station on the floor where we stayed. Overall it was affordable, convenient, secure (locked entry when we left out around 8 pm) and the staff were great. I’ll definitely be staying again when I return to Philly.

My wife and I spent a very pleasant weekend at the CQ Hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We appreciated the variety of coffees available 24 hours and the tap and carbonated water available in recyclable plastic bottles. But best of all was the helpful assistance of Dermot at the front desk. He answered all our questions, recommended dining options, all of which turned out to be excellent, and even procured a wheel chair, when my wife unexpectedly required one. I would return to this CQ Hotel in the future.

I have stayed at The Rittenhouse square on Chestnut St. in Philadelphia several times now and I really like this hotel. Lobby is clean, cozy, and they provide free coffee, sparkling water, and guest area to be able to chill and lounge. Each floor also has a water dispenser and they provide a water bottle for you to fill which is an added bonus. The rooms are a good size for single or two travelers, they have a gym on the 12th floor , and the only one downside is that they have the ice machine also only on the 12th floor. Otherwise I recommend staying here and it is so conveniently located in the city area where you have a small mall and lots of coffee/restaurant places to walk to.
