This was a nice hotel in center city. The location was great for exploring the city - in fact it was a perfect location (but there are lots of hotels in the area). The bed was extremely comfortable. Every staff person we met was friendly and helpful. Still, I wasn't wowed. There is nothing specific - I think it was just...

This boutique hotel is top notch! Walking distance to city hall and the convention center and close to so many great bars and restaurants. Wine happy hours every night and friendly staff. My room was on the 12th floor corner and very spacious. The bed was comfy and the room modern. I will definitely be back!

I stayed at the Palomar for 2 nights to attend a conference. From the minute I pulled up to the curb, I was greeted and made to feel welcome. Check in was fast and friendly. My room on the 9th floor was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful view of the Baptist Church. Breakfast and lunch served during the conference...

I was in Philly for two nights for work and it was my first time visiting the city. From the super comfy bed, chic design and complimentary bikes, this hotel made my visit so much more than a work trip. The staff are some of the best I've seen and I've been in the service industry for 7+ years. They...

I read great reviews of this hotel and stayed there over another and better choice for myself. The Palomar is OK, admittedly the staff are very helpful, but at over $240 a night, which is what we paid, they should be. What turned me off was the loud noise as you walk to the elevator, the horrible din in the...

Dear 06222012a, It really disheartens me to read that you found your stay to be only "ok". We pride ourselves on delivering a special, unique experience to all guests and it sounds like we missed the mark during your visit. It's important to me to leave you with both a positive lasting impression on our business and also great memories...

I was just recently married and supposed to go on our honeymoon until we discovered that my husbands passport was stolen a few hours before leaving and we had to cancel our trip. Needless to say I was devastated but we stayed positive and decided to spend the night in the city. My brother recommended The Palomar. I called and...

I had a great stay at the Hotel Palomar - the rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Make sure to get a bathroom with spa bathtub - makes for a wonderful end to the day. The staff are very knowledgeable - the history of the building is interesting to learn (former AIA building) and the hotel is situated...

I stayed at the Hotel Palomar with my husband and 2 boys. It is a boutique hotel - nicely decorated, but a bit of an odd layout. For instance, there is no restroom on the lobby level. You have to take the elevator up one floor. We stayed in a 1 BR suite which was very nice, but a bit...

This hotel wins the award for one of the best smelling hotels for starters. In addition to a great smell, the hotel is in a great central location with restaurants and shopping just steps away.
