Last night I stayed at the Wyndham Historic District and I was pleasantly surprised at find the hotel much improved after rebadging as a Wyndham. The former Holiday Inn property was never one of my favorites, but now I find it much refreshed. The desk and restaurant staff were super friendly and the room was clean and relatively up to...

I don't usually write reviews but feel compelled to do so with this visit. I knew from the moment I walked in the door this hotel would disappoint. Lobby is ok, Rooms are dirty and outdated. Front desk staff is very nice and Connie in the restaurant was extremely nice and accommodating. Wish I could say the same about the...

We stayed for 7 days Thanksgiving week and overall the hotel met our expectations. The thermostat was not working the first night (we checked in late) but was fixed during the next day and worked for rest of stay. Rooms do not come with suitcase stand, but we were offered one if we wanted it. There was no clock in...

Just around the corner from Ben Franklin's Grave and a few blocks to Independence Hall theirs hotel was perfectly located and comfortable. The staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Taxi stands right outside the hotel made for easy getting around and if you are willing to wander a few miles Redding Terminal and South Street...

The hotel is in a perfect location! The staff at the front desk were so kind, and helpful! They went out of their way to answer questions that we had about surrounding schools & attractions. The only thing I regret is not spending a couple of more days in Philly. It's really easy to get around. Uber was such a...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham Hotel. The room was clean and cozy. I had a wonderful night's sleep. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were amazingly pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciate the assistance Danielle provided as my friends and I checked in. She was very kind and made us all feel welcomed.

It was satisfactory, nothing special but nothing terrible either. Nothing about the hotel stood out to make it memorable. The room was fine and it was clean. Would I stay there again? Sure. It's in a good location.

Dear Nancy, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you didn't find anything that made the hotel memorable to you. I think the initial first impression when you walk in to our beautiful lobby is wonderful. The designiers did an outstanding job. That's just my opinion though. Thank you again and we hope to see you back sometime in the...

We stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday, 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location for walking to most of the sites in Philadelphia. We only used the car for heading to the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Rocky steps. We stayed in a king room on the 7th floor. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean, except...

Dear Trip Advisor Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and I apologize for the noisy neighbors. Perhaps next time you can request a room toward the end of the corridors. That should help. Thank you again and we hope to see you back sometime soon. Regards,
