Can't beat location...helpful staff..stayed one night and wish we had more time. We'll be back. The only complaint was the warm room despite a/c running continuously. It would be nice to have a shuttle to places other than airport.

Great location within walking distance to most of the historical attractions. The lobby is gorgeous, but once you get up to the hallways and rooms they appear a little dated. Our room had a musty odor like it used to be an old smoking room possibly? The bathroom was small but updated. Our towel rack was falling out from the... More

Dear Hunter, Thank you for your feedback. My apologies for the musty smell in your room. Our entire building has been non smoking for many years but unfortunately some guests ignore that rule. We typically will treat any room that might have been smoked in so I'll research your reservation to see what room you occupied. Again, my apologies. Sincerely, More

Summer family vacation brought us to dt Philly. We Loved the spaciousness of the rooms, the beautiful lobby and the Location couldn't be better for historical dt. We walked to most of the sites, rented bikes to ride to the Rodin museum and Logan Square and took Uber to the Fairmount district for some great restaurants. Definitely check out the... More

When we first arrived, we had scheduled well in advance connecting rooms to accommodate three under 11 year old children. Upon arrival there was "something" wrong with the room connecting and there was not a room available. And the desk staff couldn't seem to grasp why that we wouldn't want "another" room that was down the hall. ie. the whole... More

There are no excuses for the cleanliness issues you mentioned and they will be addressed with our Director of Housekeeping. It's embarrassing to say the least. The location is great. Close to Independence Hall, the Mint and near Philly Phlash stops. The front desk staff is extremely helpful. The were always willing to take time to provide suggestions on where to eat and things to do. I was not impressed with the house keeping staff. Toiletries, towels and washcloths were not replenished. One day we received... More

This was the first time that we stayed in the "Old City" part of Philly. The Wyndham was great! Nice clean rooms, close to many historic sites, great service! We will stay there again!

We stayed here for a wedding, so we got a good price. The hotel is perfectly located near Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. The room was nice and the service was good. There was nothing really outstanding, but we were happy with our stay and would consider staying here again.

This hotel is in the heart of the tourist area. Nice, clean and convenient. No valet service. Breakfast is not provided and is very expensive. The garage has tight parking spaces with only a 6'8" clearance overhead. Beds comfortable, nice bathroom though small. We were on 4th floor and could still hear outside noise. All in all a nice hotel.
