We stayed one night here to celebrate my birthday at a restaurant in Philly. Our room was perfectly fine - except for the lack of a mini-fridge. We brought our doggie bags from our very expensive dinner to our room, expecting to keep them in the fridge overnight. Unfortunately, we had to toss them because there was no way to...

I have now stayed at the Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District and both times I have been pleased with its proximity to the major historic landmarks, access to downtown, and pleasant staff. The rooms are clean, if plain, and the beds are comfortable.

Had a very pleasant experience staying at Wyndham this January. Apart from the comfort of the room and the excellent restaurant/bar at the hotel, the place is conveniently located for access to major historical sites and great eating places.

I have stayed here several times for business. It is in a great location near Independence Hall and some great restaurants. Last time I was here I was a bit under the weather so I stayed in my room and relaxed. I realize zed how cozy and comfortable the rooms are.

My wife and I stayed here while I was attending a conference in the area. My wife worked remotely via the hotel wifi and found it fully satisfactory. She did complain that the sheets were not fully clean; the hotel left a note card saying they did not wash the sheets every day for 'green' reasons, so I understand, but they...

The location is reasonably close to the Philadelphia Convention Center (10-15 minute walk) and the room is clean and adequate. Unfortunately, the soundproofing between rooms is so poor that I was wakened every morning by my next-door neighbor's alarm. I could hear his/her television, his/her walking around in the room...even his/her yawning! I am NOT a light sleeper or easily...

Dear Gretchen, Thank you for your feedback. My apologies for the noise issues you encountered. Unfortunately I can not locate your reservation to determine what room you occupied. It could be that you were in a room with a connecting door to the room next door which sometimes can allow for noise to get through if the door sweep was...

The staff at the hotel was excellent - courteous & efficient! The lobby was sleek, modern, and bright. The room hallways were dark, several elevator buttons didn't work, and while clean, the rooms were average and in need of repair. The beds were comfy but the sheet were wrinkled, and the wood molding was peeing in places - esp the...
