Aside from the proximity to Center CIty and a short walk to South Street, this hotel is (maybe) one step above a Red Roof Inn or "B" list motel. Outdated rooms, decor and amenities - not to mention furniture that's falling apart. I must say that the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, as was the manager (after a...

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this property, everything was perfect from the moment we arrived! From every touch point we were met with such pleasantries. The property itself is in great condition and immaculate. The evening and morning front desk team were on their A game and answered every question we had, provided additional information, made...

Even though we stayed only one evening, the accommodations, the location, the staff and the restaurant were five star. From check in to check out, everyone was wonderful. Hats off to Connie and Monica in the restaurant area and the young man at the front desk (I believe it begins with an A), for exceptional customer service. Our room was...

Dear Suzanne, Thank you for your feedback and kind words about the staff. I know they will be excited to read them. Connie and Monica have been with us for quite a while and they love what they do. I believe the gentleman who's name starts with an A is Arvel Hall our Director of Guest Services. He set's the...

Excellent location. Very convenient to all the attractions in old town Philly. Easy to get to. Parking on site (but very pricey). The staff are helpful and professional across the board. If I have reason to come back to Philly I would Saturday here again.

Our one-night stay was highlighted by the customer service we received from this hotel's wonderful staff. Asia at the front desk started things off perfectly. She provided exceptional service- personable, efficient, helpful. The young man at the hotel breakfast room the next morning (I regret not noting his name) provided equally exceptional service- personable, polite, attentive. Both deserve recognition from...

Loved the location. Everything was walking distance. We were on the 8th floor with a good view. Price was great for the room. Parking is very expensive. Something like $36+22% tax a night! Safe was super friendly and very helpful. Great place to stay to see all the historic sites.

This hotel was very conveniently located to many of the points of interest. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfasts at the restaurant were very good and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay there again.
