1) Your Air BnB profile says the room has a TV. It did, but did not work. I called, and after a very long wait a gentleman told me the TV has no antenna but that you do provide an HDMI cable so we could hook up to our phones. The HDMI cable was not meant to hook up to a phone. 2) There was no bath mat. We called again, another very long wait to be told that they could get us one by the next day. The day we were leaving we realized that you provided these items in your "lounge" which we did not even know existed. 3) Not having anyone present, nor someone who could respond via text, made our stay a lot less than feeling cared for.

Everything was perfect, great location, nice place, the most comfortable bed and pillows!! I wanna know where to get them! I liked we didn’t need a key but instead was a lock with a code, that was very confortable. The only suggestion would be to add disposable batch caps, that’ll be a great plus for when you are traveling for several days! Other than that everything good!!

I'm confused by other reviews that refer to a front desk because there's NO front desk or staff on site. You're given a code to enter on a keypad outside a door that opens to the tiny elevator foyer ( the same code opens the room door). This is an interesting concept, with no daily housekeeping or amenities. It was only really a problem once when we came back the first night and the keypad on our door was flashing red and wouldn't open with our code. It gave us some anxious minutes of texting Sonder and trying to get through on the phone, but luckily it started working on its own again. If you like having hotel staff for local restaurant recommendations or other tourist-type questions, this place may not be for you. But if you're more the DIY tourist who doesn't mind reusing towels and handling some curve balls on vacation, you might enjoy staying here. You can't beat the location - restaurants and attractions all within walking distance.

Sonder and the relevant booking sites could be more upfront how much tech is needed to use the place. From checking in to ordering towels to simply turning on the tv. A lot of time wasted downloading and navigating apps to make the room work. They also seemed stingy on the towels (one was somewhat stained). Had to call to request more and also call to just learn how to get the tv on. Ended up downloading more chromecasts than I needed to. They force you to use your subscriptions is you want to use the TV (which was massive so we certainly wanted to). That means then entering and resetting forgotten passwords and it just got too much to bother. That said, the two times I had to call, they were super friendly and nice. And the location is perfect for what we wanted. They just need to make the tech part more smooth. I'm ok with tech, just make it easier and less cumbersome. The tv part was the most frustrating

The room was gorgeous and perfect for the two of us. Checking in and out was easy and we found a great parking garage a block down the street that we could get a weekly rate at. The location is absolutely perfect; there is amazing food nearby (as in, literally right below and across the street), the restaurant below closes as 10 so there isn’t late night noise, the people in the neighborhood are friendly, and you are within a short walk to EVERYTHING. 10/10 would recommend and am glad Sonder has locations across the globe to rent because I know I can trust a stay with them after this experience.
