Would have given it three stars if not for Tammie in the Executive Lounge. She's very thoughtful, and goes the extra mile to check that guests are done before she clears out breakfast. Breakfast is a simple spread. Continental plus two hot selections. On weekends, Chef Michael has a live egg station. The rooms are sizable - 28 square meters....

HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW

I have stayed twice now in the past three months, once in August and once in October. I was concerned before my first stay because this place didn't have reviews that were as good as the other local hotel on campus, but The price was right. I was so pleasantly surprised! The rooms were clean, reasonably sized, and well maintained....

The room was nice. Everyone we came into contact was amazing. I just have one issue. The toilet paper was thin, scratchy, and just plain nasty. It wouldn't have surprised me if I were staying at a lesser hotel that didn't have the Sheraton brand. But here? It was sandpaper. Seriously, take some of the money and invest in good...

Great hotel, few blocks away from bars and shops. Chris Dixon is very accommodating- thanks chris! The room is clean and views are amazing. Love the rolled pancake with apples inside. Very good staff! We will definitely be back again.

It had been a number of years since we last stayed at the Sheraton University City, but my dim memories were of a very pleasant experience marred only by the absence of a breakfast, made up poorly by a walk across the street to a less than adequate place. So I was willing to go back. I'm glad I did....

The location is very convenient and close to University Pennsylvania. The view outside the room is nice. Chef Michale can make delicious egg roll. The wi-fi is fast and the bed is comfortable. But the air conditioner is noisy.

I hosted a conference for 15 people here, and was pleasantly surprised by the very attentive service. Ricky, Teresa, Margaret and Mark went above and beyond for our group consistently. The food was excellent, and lots of veggie options were provided for our health-conscious staff, and they were helpful with every last minute request. Need a flip chart? No problem....

We had many family members in and out of a few rooms due to a medical stay of a family member. The staff and management went with our flow (red eye arrivals) and multiple folks napping during any 24 hour period. Beds were comfortable, quiet hotel. Was under renovation in lobby during our visit but the lobby restaurant provided a...

The hotel is very well-located--both for Penn and surrounding colleges and the city generally, also very close to airport. Rooms were fine, food was good, club level was nice. Lack of a lobby seemed a little strange to me, and housekeeping didn't come until well into the afternoon. Price also seemed a little high to me ($300+ for regular room...
