Close to everything and a beautiful grande dame of a hotel! And very quite, too. The rooftop bar should not be missed. Parking is easy and you can choose between valet or self park. Very courteous and helpful staff.

As usual, Hyatt delivered nothing less than superior customer service and cleaning protocols. Rooms are cozy and definitely fit the vibe of Philadelphia. Convenient location, and easily accessible to other areas of the city. Covid protocols are in place but the staff is so friendly and welcoming that you still feel as though you are vacationing.

We've stayed here many times over the years, from longer staycations (we live not that far away) to one night 'out and about' quick trips. We've never had a bad experience and will always default to staying here for any reason we will be in town. You cannot beat the location if you are doing something in town. Centrally located, easy access to all transportation as well as quick walks to many major spots. XIX on the top floor is a always a mustt have experience. The front desk has always been great, cheerful and quick to check in despite handling large groups arriving at the same time. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and if we splurge on a suite, elegant. With the Covid protocols in effect, we've have not felt were pressured or constrained in any way. You cannot lose here.

Overall, the hotel has a nice location, has some old world detail, but needs some tender loving care. In addition, it wasn't the hotels fault, but we were next to some incredible rude guests that partied all night, yelled at each other and played loud music. The hotel staff tried to quiet them down, but no avail. The doors do seem to let noise into your room, but that may have just been our rude guests next door as well.

Very nice, historic hotel. Bring your wallet, it's quite pricy. Dining room and Bar were not opened due to Covid precautions, but we did take advantage of in room breakfast which was very good. We were there for a wedding , the ball room and after hours location were awesome with very good service.
