We totally enjoyed our stay, and with Covid19 special attention to arrival with a code to enter, and a written welcome with cookies! Love the vintage character yet all the modern conveniences. The room was so spacious with bay windows & spotless with attention to detail. We had the most delicious hot gourmet breakfast served eloquently!

The Blue Goose is a great B&B in the Pacific Northwest! A 5-minute walk from the quaint shops and waterfront in Coupville, a 5-minute drive to shady hiking trails at Fort Ebey, 10 minutes to Fort Casey and the ferry to Port Townsend on the Olympic Peninsula, and 20 minutes to Deception Pass State Park with its photo postcard beaches and hiking trails. And it's only 30 minutes to the San Juan Island ferries in Anacortes. Becky and Dave were wonderful hosts! We were there three care-free days and had a four-course, homemade breakfast each day. They use local ingredients to make delightfully delicious meals. We almost canceled because of Covid, but Becky and Dave took every precaution and we were totally safe.

Room Tip: There are only four rooms, but we like the Mt. Baker Room or Penn Cove Suite for the best views.

Blue Goose Inn was absolutely outstanding even during the pandemic! My wife and I came here for a quick 2 night getaway and had a great time. Checking in was super simple even with contact-free check in. We even got into our room earlier than the expected time which worked out perfectly with our late lunch. My wife and I stayed in the Mt. Baker Room and the minute we walked in, we felt right at home especially with the Echo device next to the bed, just like at home. :) The little touches that Becky and Dave provided also made the experience even better like having cookies and tea available when we arrived. I even forgot to bring travel mouthwash and they were able to accommodate. We opted for the hot breakfast both days we were there and we’re so glad we did. Totally worth it and highly recommended! Thank you Becky and Dave for a very memorable stay!

Even when there is a pandemic going around, staying here at the Blue Goose Inn was one of the main highlights during our visit in Whidbey Island. We were able to do "contact-free" check-in that was easy and pleasant. We stayed in the Mt. Baker Suite and the room was amazing. The bed was large with comfy sheets, bathroom was clean that came with a Jacuzzi, and overall really charming and cozy. There were several little things that we appreciated such as the cookies, coffee, tea and snacks that were available for us downstairs in the lobby, an Echo device in the room, free water, and a shared fridge in the hallway outside our room. My husband forgot to bring mouthwash and they were able to hook us up with a travel size mouthwash! I was seriously so impressed with the attention to detail and service here. If you were deciding whether to eat breakfast here, just eat breakfast here during your whole stay because it's worth it. The meals are gourmet style, and I loved every single dish that came out. I mean, how often do I get to have honeycrisp apple cider or a soufflé for breakfast? Pretty much never. Becky and Dave are the current innkeepers and they are the sweetest people. We never hesitated to ask for help when needed and they were always very responsive. The inn itself is located very close to the shops and restaurants by the water, so you can just walk to get there. The area is very quiet and I slept quite well during our stay. I highly recommend this place to our friends and family who are looking to visit Whidbey Island!

This B&B is such a gem and is also very conveniently located. We walked to dinner and shopping both evenings. We stayed in the Quarterdeck Suite and there wasn't a single thing I wanted that wasn't provided in the room. The room was absolutely immaculate and super cozy. The fireplace added ambiance and heat. The sheets were top quality, the towels were plentiful, and there were great amenities in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow choices worked well for us. We had awesome TV choices through Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Sling, etc., Amazon Alexa via the Echo Dot to play any music we wanted, check weather, etc. The breakfasts were well thought out and absolutely delicious. I really can't recommend Becky & Dave's B&B enough. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit to Coupeville. So glad we found the Blue Goose Inn.
