This is a nice camp ground with nice clean showers and bathrooms. The pool was very cloudy but we still used it as it was 102 degrees while we were there. The playground seems more for very small children, but still somewhere to play. Defitely peaceful and quiet right at the opening to the entrance of devils tower. Incredible views.... More

Enjoyed our stay here. Very nice and quiet. We got a spot right in front of the tower. Everyone super nice, friendly. Would stay here again! They had a movie night with "Close encounters of the Third Kind" and that was cool since "Devil's Tower" was chosen as the site for the movie. The restaurant has good burgers with excellent... More

This was my second time staying here an it was nice again over all. Made reservations to come back again! Stayed in a cabin with an excellent view of the tower. I've worked at a KOA for a part time summer job for the last 5 years and this KOA is nice. The bathrooms/showers are in ok condition. One building... More

This is a fairly large campground located directly at the base of Devils Tower. The sites, which are clean and level, are a good size. Amenities are plentiful and include a small restaurant which has pretty good food. Utilities were good and the Wi-Fi was OK. Roads were easy to navigate. This is the closest campground to the Tower and... More

Fantastic backdrop to the campsite. Facilities need some work. More bathrooms, showers would be nice. Deer are not only everywhere in the area in great numbers, they were also in the camp every night! Nice treat. We used the camp as a base for our Black Hills visit as did the reverse a few years ago.

If you are heading east or west, this is a great stop. The koa is at the base of the national park. You could walk to the visitor center. Good facilities, nice view of the tower. For cheaper stay, the national park campground us near, but with limited facilities.

This is pretty much a standard KOA--efficient, clean, well-run, expensive. Some KOAs are... creative... with their names; the "Cooperstown KOA" is thirteen miles from Cooperstown, and so forth. This one isn't. It is literally just outside the border of the national monument, and 4000 feet as the crow flies from Devils Tower itself. This means that you have a view... More

We came here a couple years ago for a trip to devils tower and the place was awful totally disgusting... There aren't many places around here so good luck and stay away from the restaurant the food is over priced and very basic and terrible and dirty as well dead flies everywhere...

Almost all of the tent sites are set up right at the edge of the campground with perfect view of Devil's Tower. The whole place is located right at the entrance to the monument, so, really, the location can't be beat. We paid $42 for our site online, but then we were charged an additional $7 at check-in. I even... More

Checked in late night with husband and two YOUNG KIDS. Terrible time finding the open slots sign said they had. Couldn't go back to pay so after just 4 hours sleep I rush up to check in. ANN at the desk was old mean. We were informed we owed 76 plus dollars and had to vacate by 11 NO EXCEPTIONS.... More
