When we arrived, there was no-one at the counter but our room key and instructions were easy to find. The room itself was clean and comfortable and generally the decor is quirky with loads of different art all over the place. Our big bathtub was amazing. The main problem I had was that when we went down for breakfast in...

Booked via Airbnb for three guests, upon arrival we found out that one of us had to sleep...on the floor on piled up blankets. After many phone calls (nobody at the front desk) we could talk to somebody who was actually hiding from us. We complained and the answer was that this is the new normal in the USA...Desplicable. Avoid...

It's a hostel. Not an "inn" or motel. I arrived at 11:30pm after 15 hours of travel, on a completely unlit street, and found my name on an envelope with a room number and key with a note to record my personal info and leave it unsecured on the front desk. I stayed 3 nights and ate breakfast there 3...

We arrived around 10pm after struggling to find it as the sign isn't illuminated & it's not obvious where to park. There wasn't a receptionist to greet us, instead there was an envelope on the desk with my girlfriends name on with key inside, so not exactly secure. The room was very basic, the bed is very low, the bath,...

This is a perfect place to stay in Mammoth. It is an old cabin-like that has been renovated and filled with modern furniture and art. Really simple but so much more my speed than your typical mountain bed and breakfast. (there is not a teddy bear room!). Casey, one of the innkeepers, was really nice and accommodating. Great location. The...

This is not your typical inn/hotel. It's really run more like a hostel. The room we were is was clean, however the shower was in the main room with a clear door - okay for couples but not the best of you're traveling with friends. Also, the rooms don't come with hair dryers (at least ours didn't.) There is one...

So we booked this place at the last minute using a 3rd party site in the late afternoon on a weekend. Turns out they weren't notified about it but the innkeeper was very nice and gave us a room at the price which we booked. He said it was a weekend so corporate office is closed and he'll just fax...

I will admit right now, I booked my reservation late, then in calling the M, the woman was so rude when I asked for a cancellation, I didn't even visit their property. I ate my $180.00, then made my reservations at Tamerack and had a wonderful stay there. In my conversation, the representative for the M Inn was rude, didn't...

I made a reservation last year in summer, because there were no charges if the reservation was cancelled and it was in the way of our route. We made a change in our trip (I made it 1 month before), so I cancelled the reservation, and they applied me a charge of about 10$ for it. I claimed it to...

I really hate giving places bad reviews, but this "hotel" was just so disappointing. After being on the road for almost 7 hours my husband and I were looking forward to sleeping in a nice, comfortable lodge with a homey feel. This did not happen. So many things were annoying, I don't know where to start. First of all the...
