So here is the scoop. We were looking for a vacation rental. Found this online and paid for our rental for 8/4-8/8/16. Got the confirmation email with all the codes, confirmation number and everything we needed for our trip. $1170.00 was taken out of my bank account. All still sounds good???? Noooooo. We get a call from Mammoth Mountain rentals,...

Underground parking stinks like the back door of a restaurant, actually worse! There is no longer Handicapped parking spots. The recreation room is a joke, common area spaces filthy dirty, especially floors in the laundry room. Very poorly run complex! Sorry for the owners as the location is one of the best in town.

Simply the best mountain resort condo we've every stayed in. We stayed at both the Treehouse condos, Fireside 310 and Fireside 316. Both were finely decorated, fully remodeled from top to bottom. The outside of the Fireside Complex was also fully remodeled since our first stay 5 years ago. The Fireside buildings are architecturally beautiful, and the location cant be...

Dirty, blood stained mattresses pads and stains on everything else on the mattress include the pullout bed cover. Mattresses are ancient and one actually sinks 1/2 foot or more in the middle. Greasy food smell didn't go even after we opened windows. Windows are not safe - particularly for children. Only a flimsy screen to protect anyone from falling out...

We stayed at the Fireside at the Village #306 this past March & really enjoyed our stay. This condo is quite large w 3BR & 3BA. In general, the furnishings are nice & in good condition. The wood burning fireplace/stove in the living rm was great, & there was plenty of wood provided. The kitchen is very large, too. We...

We rented Fireside #302 on the advice of Liz at Mammoth Properties, sight unseen (they were still working on the photos! **WARNING!**). I am a Mammoth regular, and know that many condos are dated, but all have been fine for a quick ski weekend. Fireside #302 on the other hand is truly uninhabitable. The furniture was filthy, smelly and strewn...

We love staying at the Fireside. Our Fireplace in the living room was so cozy. The kitchen was very well equiped to prepare any meal we chose. We were very near to the new tram making it very convient to start and finish the ski day. The new village with all its amenities is just steps away.
