Booked 3 nights online. Couple things to watch out for: 1) One week cancellation policy 2) In the fine print of the reservation, they mention the rate does not include taxes, resort fees, etc.. but they don't make mention of what the resort fees are so I didn't really pay much attention. Only til I checked out did I realize...

I've been going to Mammoth for 30+ years and have always stayed in condos. We found SNR by luck. What a find. The resort is vintage ski chalet, with a big fireplace in the lobby along with its own bar-Duke's. The rooms are nice with updated bathrooms. For skiers the bonus is the shuttle van that will run you up...

I want to send a big thank you to the SNR staff for their service and hospitality this past week!! We arrived on Friday the 6th to stay just two nights from San Diego. Of course the flights were cancelled for us to leave on Sunday. With our bags packed and ready to go home, didn't know what we were...

My girlfriend and I booked a room with 2 queen beds. Instead of honoring this reservation, they put us in a lockout room of one of their chalet units, which is separate from the main building and had 2 full beds instead. When I complained to the front desk, they told me that the hotel was sold out and that...

As noted in other reviews, the weather this time of the year can be unpredictable, however, what is predictable is the service and hospitality we received once we arrived at SNR. Seamless check-in with our rooms available much earlier then the standard 4pm check-in... Surprisingly, the pit stops were few and we made good time from Los Angeles. Typically, we...

A few friends and I went up to mammoth for Christmas weekend and ended up having some planning hiccups once we got there which led us to having no place to stay. We called Sierra Nevada resort and not only did they have a room on Christmas Eve but it was a reasonable price then once we got there not...

BE AWARE!! I made a reservation to stay at Sierra Nevada Resort and Spa for one night before moving to a condo for the week. Due to the huge winter storm, I am unable to make it to Mammoth in my little Mini Cooper. Sierra Nevada Resort and Spa has a seven day cancellation policy. I called 48 hours before...

This was our second time staying here, and it's now our go to resort in Mammoth. We loved siting by the fireplace, drinking hot coco and playing board games with the kids, it became our nightly post-skiing ritual. Location is great, you can walk to a handful of good restaurants and shops and the ski rental is just down the...

We absolutely love this boutique hotel with great proximity to restaurants and skiing. We stayed in a king fireplace suit with an adjoining room for our children. Absolutely love this set up! Heated floors and toilet, impeccably clean, the towels are the nicest and the service is 5 star. The front desk agent I believe her name was Kim was...

Katie, Kim, and Summer took fantastic care of us during our first visit to Mammoth! What a great comfortable fun place to stay. By the way, the large nicely heated jacuzzi and the steam room were a real pleasure. Thanks so much to the entire staff for the much needed family vacation. Cheers! -Will, Cats, and little Katrina
