You can't ask much from hotels like this but for what it cost it was perfect. It's close to restaurants and a small liquor store with amazing prices on wines. They also have the largest hot tub around so it was really relaxing after a few days of heavy hiking.

We stopped here on our way to 10 days of travel. A little too expensive for the room, no a/c only a small fan which didn't help much. Ok for quick stop but if I had to stay longer this wouldn't be the place I'd want to stay. Mammoth Lakes is a quaint little city.

Don't plan on checking in before 3 p.m. It won't happen. I booked a King room, and they put me in a double queen. I asked 2 different clerks to move me to a King, and they couldn't do it. The computer wouldn't let them. No A/C in the room, and the fan that was in there had a broken... More

Started in room 228, laundry service is up against bed headboard, you feel and hear the laundry. I called about when laundry closes, they said about 9, that's ok. But folks used it until almost midnight. Then the ice machine also on the same wall going on & off all night. The room was too hot,no air conditioning, an ineffective... More

We stayed one night after leaving Death Valley. Lovely area, however this hotel is just OK. Could actually do with more signage outside, you could easily miss it. It wasn't too hot when we stayed and the room fans kept us cool enough, everything was just OK, the hotel is a little tired. Breakfast was good enough and nice to... More

Stayed one night in this hotel. I had two rooms, the overall impression of the place is good but when I went into one of the rooms I had reserved it smelled sweaty when you first walked in. The kind of sweaty bedding smell. The bed itself was clean; the smell was coming from the pillows. I checked all supplied... More

We appreciate you pointing out some of the areas in which we could use improvement. With that said I hope there were some positives you may have experienced that you didn't share here. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future. Thank you More

The Hotel was nice in a beautiful area but two issues bothered me. Middle of July and the room has no AC and it is 85 degrees in the room at 2 am. Window and door wide open, sad little fan is blowing and We couldn't sleep. The room was okay but the mold growing on the shower curtain was... More

I hate to hate... but this was just not good. No AC when 85-90 degrees is pathetic. Place is worn down and no where near worth $200 a night. Should be called 'Last Resort'. The use of 'quality' in the name should be grounds for a false advertising law suit. Just a few details: 1. Sink was clogged, took 20... More

I just stayed in this place from 07/22-07/24. The room did not have air conditioner but regular floor fan. During the night this fan creates noise which makes it hard to fall asleep even after the fool day of adventures. The bath/shower room is tiny. There are wholes in the celling for fire sprinklers which look terrible. The breakfast was... More
