The check-in was very fast and gave us all the info we asked about laundry and places to eat. The room was very clean with gas fireplace. The shower had decent water pressure. The location is very good and you can walk to the village.

It was chilly with light rain when we arrived about 7:30p. Check-in was fast and welcoming. Room 2 was well insulated and comfortably furnished with an inviting gas fireplace and beautiful view. Also, a flat screen TV, fridge and microwave. The bathroom had a wonderful shower with decent water pressure, heater and hair dryer. The wifi signal was weak until...

I had to cancel a reservation in this hotel few months ago because of the family emergency. I was promised a credit but never received it. When I called to reschedule, the owner refused to provide a credit and told me that the hotel doesn't have any written policy about room cancellation and rescheduling. Be very careful with this business...

We booked a room for 4 people in August 2015. They gave us the room number 10. Everthing was fine (we even used the outdoor jaccuzzi) until we discovered in the middle of the night little insects on one of the bed. One of those insects bited my husband and we realized there were bed bugs. As we didn't want...

We stayed one night in one of the cabins and found it quite comfortable for the four of us women. It was clean, inexpensive, and the motel staff were accommodating and friendly. It's close to good food and the village.

Lovely room with a fireplace and view of pine forest. Very comfortable beds, very clean, continental breakfast included but not lavish. Well located with last-minute to all activities and restaurants. Very nice and knowledgeable staff.

The room is very cozy. It's a very popular hotel in mammoth lake. Breakfast is simple but good enough in ML. And It's a new opened hotel which is a bonus. The parking lot is big enough to park all cars.

First time staying in one of their deluxe rooms. Been before, but stayed in a studio. Almost the same as the studio, just a little smaller and there isn't a stove or a full size fridge. The fridge is a little one, but bigger than the kind I've gotten at Vegas or Laughlin resorts when asking for a fridge in...

Holiday Haus is one of the best values in Mammoth Lakes. Close to the skiing, it's in walking distance of The Village shopping and restaurants. The night life is close by as well. Second floor units are quieter for sleeping in, but love the first floor for convenience to the parking etc. especially when hauling skis and gear in and...
