Beautiful little inn. The view from south-facing rooms is spectacular. The rooms are very nice, with a kitchen area, couch/sitting area, and bed area. The rooms are clean, the people are friendly, and the beds are comfortable. I have stayed in "well-known" chain motels in town; never again, if I can get into the Mammoth Creek Inn.

Good afternoon! Thank you for staying with us and taking time to submit a review. In addition to meeting new people from all over the world I am proud to say that our staff are one of the most friendliest folks around who I enjoy working with. I agree. The south-facing view are beautiful (our suites). Our standard rooms do...

Good afternoon! Thank you for staying with us and submitting a review. I wish it was 29 degrees now...hahaha. Just kidding. It's been unusually hot and it cools down a little but wasn't it wonderful to sleep in our cozy comforters when it was chilly? Take care, Leina'ala

We arrived in the cold and we're checked in immediately and by very friendly staff. There was a tea/coffee station in the hotel lounge that was available all day and night which was great. The rooms were comfortable and clean and big with a decent sized fridge. We made use of the pool table every night which was good fun....

I liked the location of the room and the overall facility. The specific room that I had was noisy because it was on the street. I asked for the toilet to be fixed 3x and I got no response so it would not flush without me taking off the lid and manually fixing the float. The internal parts needed replacement....

We had a lovely time at the mammoth creek inn. We had the room with the gallery and the kitchen. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful view. Our children really liked the pool room. There were free hot drinks in the loby which was great after a long day.

Good afternoon, Thank you for being our guest and taking the time to submit a review. Yes, hot chocolate is delicious especially during the winter months. Sometimes I find myself daydreaming out the window at the beautiful views. ~ Leina'ala

It took four-plus calls from the front desk to resolve a simple booking issue. The hotel was terrible. But our calls were bounced from Tingo to Expedia to Smarter Travel and never resolved. MY ADVICE: Book directly with the property. NEVER book via TripAdvisor.

We stopped at the Mammoth Creek Inn to break up the journey between Yosemite and Death Valley. Upon arrival we were really happy that we were able to check-in much earlier than the usual time. The standard rooms are as displayed/described on the website, and we were able to get a quiet night's sleep. We didn't use many of the...

I've been routinely visiting the Mammoth area in excess of 45 years. Selected staying here for first time because of the fine reviews; was not disappointed!!! Staff was as hospitable and friendly as any guest could expect. Am looking forward to returning to Eastern Sierras and staying here again.

Good afternoon, Thank you for being our guest and for submitting a review. A lot has changed in 45 years hasn't it? I moved here in 1990 from Hawaii and still here. Visit us again any time of the year. I'm excited for the upcoming autumn season...and winter too. Pray for snow!!! ~Leina'ala

A beautiful place with nice staff and a breakfast that is very fine. Take a trip up in the Mountains and around the lakes. Map is in Hotel. In the early summer the river is fantastic. Mammoth Lakes is an ideal place for rest on the way to Yosemite from Las Vegas.
