We have 22 cabins from 1-4 bedrooms set right alongside beautiful Lake Mary, just minutes from the town of Mammoth Lakes, but in a world of our own. Incomparable setting and views and some of the best hiking, biking, and fishing anywhere. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable, and the beds have all been replaced recently and are of very good quality.

We've been coming here for 3 years and are never disappointed. Yes, the cabins are rustic, but they are clean and well stocked (towels, linens, extra blankets, firewood, kitchen utensils, soap... all you need to bring is food, clothing and toiletries!). The atmosphere is very friendly and peaceful, and the staff are super awesome! Anything you need, they will do their best to make it happen.

This was our first time staying in a cabin. It provided the main necessities a person needs. It was by no means updated or modern but you do have to weigh the beautiful surroundings and the outdoor adventure. If you are used to lux accommodations this cabin might not work for you. It definitely beets camping though! You are protected from bugs and weather. We actually brought our TV and DVD player. My family would go nuts without it. I would actually bring extra towels , pillows, and blankets. It came with a fully equipped kitchens.

This was a wonderful way to stay in Mammoth Lakes and have a cozy cabin all to ourselves! The cabin was fully furnished and included firewood for burning in the fireplace. The only thing we needed to provide was the food we were going to cook. The cabins are right on Lake Mary, and allowed us beautiful views and a great fishing spot right on the dock. We rented kayaks, a paddle board and a motor boat for the afternoon. It was absolutely wonderful! The second day we went into the town of Mammoth and rented mountain bikes. We then took the free bus up to Horseshoe Lake and road the bikes down the hill on the perfectly maintained bike path! It was a fabulous trip. I cannot say enough about Crystal Crag Lodge! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend these cabins!

My family has been coming her for well over 10 years. It is our place to disconnect from this increasingly connected society we live in. We bring our pups, our little kids and a lot of reason to take in the beauty. The cabins are rustic. It's almost like being in camp when you were little, but slightly upgraded. Yes, the cabins could use updating but they don't. They've upgraded the beds overtime and made all necessary repairs so it's very comfortable. But it's a place where you where shorts, t-shirts and flip flops all week long. You leave any pretention behind and you enjoy the most incredible view of a lake that you've ever seen. You enjoy the outstanding hiking, the wonderful stories of Mammoth, the GREAT hosts, the other families that inter-mingle and enjoy one another's company, the fabulous fishing and the stars at night. You pay more than you expect for that type of cabin because your realize what is priceless and the inability to do anything but relax and enjoy nature. If you want something more upscale and not directly across from a lake, then go into the main part of Mammoth.

My friend and I made an unscheduled and unplanned trip up to Mammoth Lakes. Located on Lake Mary, is this wonderful lodge. It offers several individual cabins which has a range of one bedroom to four bedrooms. Each cabin faces the lake. Within each cabin there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and bedrooms. It was really nice to have a wood burning fireplace with pre cut wood sitting on the patio. It's so relaxing to sit out on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful lake that sits in front of you. One word of caution, be careful at night, this is bear country. We would like to extend a huge thank you to the managerial team for their kindness, helpfulness and courtesy. You made it a wonderful and pleasurable time!
