Have the Mountains at your Front Door. Juniper Springs Lodge, Sunstone and Eagle Run make up Mammoth's premier ski-in/ski-out resort. Located at Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express chairlift, these studio to three bedroom condos and townhomes offer an alpine getaway that is ideal for families. You'll also have access to two heated swimming pools, six outdoor heated hot tub spas and many more resort amenities. Our mountain resort is located above 8,000 feet and we historically experience mild summer temperatures. Because of our cool summers, our hotel and rooms are not equipped with air conditioning.

Our first time in Mammoth would not have been the same without the incredible help of the staff and stay at Juniper Springs! Kyle, Jonah, Kathy and Jackson welcomed us like long lost friends and set us up with fantastic accommodations, and recommendations. Thanks to their help we had the best bike rides, lake adventures and ate at the best local restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

Hotel's Favorite
Excellent location, facility and staff. Sergio the manager went above and beyond to help our stay be absolutely flawless. The drivers are all amazing! Tomlin was definitely my favorite. The fact these guys park the van and GET OUT to the ready to come get you is 5 star. People are so lazy nowadays they call or honk. The grounds were super clean and the jacuzzi! Everyplace I’ve stayed in mammoth during high season usually has a merky jacuzzi. Not here! And I saw them clean it daily. Great job Sergio and see you guys again soon!

With unbearable heart back home, we decided to get away. Our favorite spot - Juniper Springs Resort in Mammoth Lakes - proved the perfect choice. The resort is beautifully maintained and well situated. We spent time at the pool/spa, enjoyed the views and trails from the hotel, lounged in several of their wonderfully manicured outdoor spaces, and received the friendly service we are accustomed here. Meanwhile, the unit we stayed in was well ventilated, provided a full kitchen, and was comfortable and cute. We will continue to make this our go-to dedication.

I was welcomed by staff very politely and professional; Even though there was some confusion with my reservation through a third party, the staff helped me in a most kind and friendly way. Problem was handled and I have enjoyed my stay with great memories from this beautiful place.

I stayed here in March/April 2021, and the room had no heat, and the fireplace did not work! The room was dated, cable TV and remotes broken. Had to change rooms after freezing all night. Came back in July 2021 for the pool, and discovered no AC! It was mid-high 80s during the day, mid-60s at night, and first 2 nights it was mid to upper 80s in the room with bedroom window open, and balcony door left open-bugs! The other living room windows did not open! Room did not cool off, and felt like heat in the entire hotel was on! Trees blocked the view and breeze. Remote control batteries dead again! Couches and old futon looked like 1983 and dirty. The elevators and lobby felt like 90 F! Hard to believe this place was built in 1999 without any AC for summer or proper heat! And it's always been hot in Mammoth in summer, so recent "climate change" is not an excuse. Very noisy party behind the pool with 3 hours of screaming and bad language until 1:30 a.m.. Not the resort's fault, but loud, trashy people rent condos right next to pool and it echoed loudly. Something needs to be done about the terrible temperature problems in the rooms!
