Given the price we paid, we expected much more. The room was pretty small. The whole hotel seemed very dated. The staff was nice..but didn't really stand out in terms of service. The breakfast was paltry. They had 4 toasters and only 1 worked. I would shop around for something else.

Shower knob would turn left for cold, and right for hot. There was ni in between. We could not find a comfortable temperature for showers. The owner/manager informed me this is how all Travelodge showers worked, and that the francise office required him to use this set up. We could not take showers during or stay and he would not... Everything is cheap, but the double room is roomy. Good for young people or bikers to stay just for sleep. Not optimum for family travel.

I booked this room on the road from my phone and only after the fact did I think to browse the reviews, which were horrible and scared me so badly I almost canceled! We got here, though, and it turned out it was really not so bad. It didn't smell bad as so many of the other reviews warned of,... More

This place is only a place to sleep for the night, but then again, so is a homeless shelter. The AC barely worked and the room was an oven all night long, WiFi was about equal to a dial up modem, the entire motel needs to be remodeled (from the 80s), and the absolute worst part was the carpet! The... More

We decided to get a head start on our New Year's Eve trip to Mammoth, and although we had a nice condo booked for the rest of our trip, we needed somewhere to stay for one night after a long day's drive from Orange County. Our friends were scheduled to arrive before us, so I called the hotel and asked... More

We regretted our decision to stay at the Motel 6 next door thinking we had "upgraded" by trusting the Travelodge name. The place was worn-out, there were home-made signs about the breakfast that were misspelled and confusing, we got no answer when we tried to call about the WiFi and frequently no one was at the front desk, there were...
