The park is family and dog friendly with great walking trails nearby and very close to the center of town. We enjoyed the pool, clean bathroom with showers and the playground on the campground. The only negative is that the spots are very close to each other and nit a lot of trees. But it is great place to park,... More

We stayed only 1 night, I had phoned weeks before but was told park was completely booked. We ended up calling again the same day we were passing through and ended up getting a site only to be told we were booked for the next day. The staff was accommodating in getting us a site (on the tree side) we... More

Placed my reservation on line, making them for 2 RV's. Stated this before I booked. When we arrived, we were told they could not accommodate our request. 2 streets apart! That was the best they could do! Talked to the office again when we found out how far they were. Moved one of us 4 spaces apart, better but the... More

We stayed for three nights for the 4th of July. The place was pretty packed! We traveled with a dog and there are some dusty trails or fields near for a walk. After the second day I found a paved trail (near the NW corner of the park) that goes for 1 mile and ends with a great grassy park... More

We stayed in the portion of the park referred to in other reviews as the "parking lot." I suspect that there was something here before it was an RV park, and this really was the parking lot. In a pinch one night last year we stayed in the parking lot of a Walmart. Walmart was more roomy , but otherwise... More

We stayed here for the Mammoth Motocross races from June 18-23rd. We arrived just after noon on Saturday. We went into the office to check in and were rudely told check-in is at 2pm. We asked if we could maybe check in early - she just repeated check-in is at 2pm. If it was up to me and staying here... More

Tent camping with friends. So happy I was able to get in 4th of July weekend! All the Forest Service campgrounds were full. Mammoth is amazing and I love the 4th of July parade and fireworks in Crowley. I thought this place was only for RV, but took a chance. It's wonderful, close to town, and they even have a... More

Perfect location and within walking distance the shopping and restaurants. Easy check in with no issues and RV spot was clean and ready when we arrived. Nice little indoor pool and spa too. Staff was friendly and no issues at the park. Would return!!!!

We very much enjoyed our visit to Mammoth Lakes RV Park. The bathrooms were clean and convenient, and the hot tub spacious (though not all of its jets were working at the time). I enjoyed walking up to the delicious Schatz Bakery, only a bit up the road, and in the area were many lakes and beautiful places to visit.

On Tuesday, 06/21/2016, I had a reservation at this park. I had been staying up in Silverlake for the past week and was to finish out our trip at the park. I arrived at 12:00 pm and entered the office. There were 3 females sitting in the office doing absolutely nothing and seemed to be deep in gossip. As I... More
