The treed sites are lovely - spacious & shaded with bathrooms within easy walking distance. The RV park is conveniently located near shops & amenities. However, the service did not match the excellence of the setting. We were 3 parties travelling together who tried for 5 days to phone for reservations. No one answered the phone. Nor did anyone respond... More

Had stayed here with some friends a couple years back and wanted to comeback and camp on my own, so that I could go mountain biking at Mammoth Mountain. Hotels in the area are more then I want to pay and camping is a premium in the National Forrest. Love being able to have hot showers and did I mention... More

Came in for wedding stayed for 4 nights, spaces were large and level. All Hooks ups worked great, staff was very fast checked in in less than 5 minutes. Great fire pit bears were around at night no issues.

We spent three days visiting Devils Postpile National Monument. Our fifth wheel is too big to fit in the camping sites in and around the monument and too heavy for the steep hill and sharp curves driving into the monument. So we camped here. It was delightful. The sites are roomy and wooded and the hosts are very accommodating allowing... More

The young ladies at the office are nice, and helpful for locating your spot. You can change whatever you reserved if another more preferable is available. There is plenty of room to move your large RV around , but the spots are small and usually not level. Be careful of overhanging tree limbs on only a few spots when backing... More

Nice campground, beautiful trees:) I read peoples reviews, yes some of the sports are close together, but this is lots of rv parks. We camped in the standard site (which is paved), because there was rain in the forecast. We didn't want mud/dirt outside rv for our dogs, etc. The premium sites looked a little more roomy. There is free... More

This is a busy RV park and you pay the usual park prices. No power units available when we arrived. However this is very hany for visiting Yellowston. Quiet at night separated RV berths so pleanty of room available. Can wander around trying to spot wild life.

The camp sites in the standard area are basically a parking lot. There was no room for a chair or picnic table since we have 3 slides. We informed the Park when making the reservations that we have 3 slides and are 14 feet wide when the slides are out. Even though the park was never full, they wouldn't assign... More

Just spent 7 enjoyable nites here in the premium wooded section. Great location to access all of what Mammoth Lakes has to offer. It was clean and quite. Easy back in camp sites. Restrooms and showers were available but we didn't use them. AT&T cell service worked well. The only issues were wifi and cable TV. The wifi didn't work... More

"What!! You are going to charge me 1/2 day rate for arriving a couple of hours early!" This was my reaction when I arrived at the Mammoth Mountain RV Park. In all my years of traveling, I have never heard of such a thing! It doesn't stop there. If you want to stay during the month of June, you will... More
