We had a wonderful time, spending the day skiing and snowboarding, just a tiny walk to the slopes! Chalet was warm and spacious with the perfect amount of serenity you'd expect being deeper in the woods than you actually are. The view of the mountain is excellent!

Thank you for your review. We also love the convenience of skiing and snow boarding; with the feeling of serenity being in the trees. We DO have the best view of the mountain and we are glad you think so too. Can't wait for your next visit to the chalets. All the best, Management Team

If you want charm, and ski in/ski out, nothing beats the Mammoth Chalets! We rented #6 for a long holiday weekend and it is right next to the parking lot, and we could ski directly to Main Lodge! And to get home, you just ski right past chair 12 right to your door! There was a snow dump of 18...

Practical 3 bedroom cabin. Well appointed kitchen and the management was super helpful. Parking is at the cabin if you can reach it (winter), or down near the ski lift and they shuttle you and your belongings up to the cabin in a snow cat. Very close to the beginner ski lift and ski slope. Dog friendly too! We loved...

Nice and fully equipped chalets, very convenient location just a few minutes of walking from major attractions for kids and adults, very friendly and supportive management team. Possibility of late checkout can really extend vacation by another wonderful day.

So if you like late season skiing you will need to stay here at the Chalets or the Mammoth Mountain Inn or you will need to drive up to the mountain every day... I elect to stay here in the chalets. I have stayed here in other chalets but this is my first time reviewing 17. 17 is nice because...

We stayed in Chalet #23 for a week during spring break. The chalet was exactly as it was represented on the website. The chalet was clean and everything was in working order. The management team of Jim and Kelli Rogers were absolutely the easiest and nicest people to work with. No hidden fees, no misrepresentation of the property or services....

We rented cabin 10 for a few days in Feb 2016 for ski trip. The cabin was cozy and most of all the location was good. We could ski in and out which was great. The cabin itself is on the old side but had everything we needed for our stay. We were only 4 people but it could hold...

Thank you for sharing the convenience of our location. I need to share that you may not have stayed in Chalet 10. It has been recently updated with granite counter tops, new cabinets, new flooring, and new lighting fixtures. The owners of this chalet in particular keep the kitchen very well equipped with quality cookware, bake ware, and utensils. Our...

This is the only place to stay! I may be a bit biased because every time I come here I only stay at any of the cabins available. The management team is extremely friendly, hospitable, and dependable. They, and the cleanliness, cozy, comfortable, just like home feel of the cabins, are the reasons I look nowhere else.

This is our second stay at the chalets and it certainly won't be our last. Kelli and Jim the management team are positive and friendly. The chalets we have stayed in 14 and 11 both were comfortable and clean. The proximity to the mountain is unmatched. This is the ONLY place to stay.

Yes our location is amazing, right here at the top at Main lodge. You have been so much fun and so kind on your stays. Your first one was late season last year and you were doing your best to help keep the ski back trail open to the very end. Thank you for your help and kind words. We...
