Great location. You can walk to all the yummy restaurants and ski shops in the town! We love the breakfast that is provided which always saves us from spending money up on the mountain. Recently stayed here in the summer and the service is just as great as in the winter months. Looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Lone Pine. It was on the main drag and easy to locate, but not in the noisy downtown area. However, it was close enough to either drive or take the free trolley the city had running. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet....

Dear Shelly M Based on your departing threats, I am not surprised by your review here. You spent one night in the room that you are complaining about and 3 additional nights in our kid's suite which you thoroughly enjoyed. It was not until you were told that you are financially responsible for a total of 5 nights that were...

Enjoyed two nights at the hotel. Room was nice size, second floor and quiet at the back of the hotel. No view, but that was okay. Breakfast was very good. Buffet style with eggs cooked the way you want at no extra charge. Close to great restaurants and highway to get in and out of town. Parking was free and...

It was a quick stay:we arrived in the late afternoon and we left the following morning after breakfast but my general impression was that this hotel is "ok" to spend the night but nothing more. The room was clean and comfortable but too small. The window was directly on the parking which reflects the fact that the hotel is surrounded...

Dear Elisa B Coming from Italy, I can understand your review here. All Best Western hotels in Europe are 5 star Premier hotels and here in the states there is a good variance of levels. Best Western has established 3 levels of style and amenities; Best Western, Best Western Plus, and Best Western Premier. While we are a very nice,...

This is a nice hotel in Mammoth Lakes, although a bit overpriced. Best Western's free night policy for its members either doesn't seem to apply here, or the staff doesn't understand it. Also, you'll need to accumulate 30,000 points as a Best Western member to get a free night here, while most other hotels require only 10,000.00. That seems rather...

Hello Michael H Thank you for your four star review despite being upset that the reward program and it's promotions were not explained clearly enough (by another hotel) to understand how they work. Here are the details: the required points that are needed in order to get a free night are determined by the the standard rate in any given...

We had a very comfortable stay after hiking the John Muir Trail and appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows, bountiful buffet breakfast and jacuzzi to soak our tire muscles. It's conveniently located near the free trolley stop so it was easy to get around without a car, and was close to restaurants. It's easy to miss, being tucked behind a...

The rooms and aminities are about what is expected from a bw plus. Some things didn't work as they should in the room, but were adaquate. The front desk staff was anal retentive about rules, and generally unfrendly. I have stayed in better and less expensive hotels in this town and am unlikely to return to this one.
