It's a very nice place. We took a two room suite. It has a kitchen, a living room and a dining table. It also has a balcony. But it's a little warm inside the rooms cause there's no air conditioning in the bedrooms only fans. When you go out of the hotel you'll find restaurants, cafes and shops. There are... More

I specifically booked a room with two beds, the travel agent rang the hotel to make sure that my son would not be sleeping on a sofa bed. I paid in full at time of booking. Well that's exactly what we got a one bed roomed condo with a pull out sofa bed. The condo was well equipped but very... More

We stayed at The Village Lodge. We were in room 1508 on the 5th floor. The room is a one bedroom condo, Flat screen in the living room and the bedroom. Very clean, a very feel like home atmosphere. Quite rooms (except of the portable air-conditioner) but you never heard anyone running up and down the halls or the tv... More

The room we had was obviously designed with skiers in mind. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. We had a portable floor A/C unit which worked pretty well thank god, cuz it was pretty warm while we were there. The room could have also used a little TLC and a thorough cleaning of the bathroom grout. The resort... More

We checked into the Village Lodge for a quiet getaway in the mountains. The experience couldn't have been more different. First impressions were great. A comfortable apartment with separate bedroom and sitting room, kitchen, and a balcony. Fast, friendly check in and underground parking. I asked for a quiet room, and was told all the rooms are quiet. It couldn't... More

I was there because another hotel in the area lost my reservation, Just traveling thru on my way to Sacramento. They were most accommodating, and the room while 'rustic' was clean and close to the action which is the shops and restaurants. A bit pricey but I was stuck and it all worked out fine.

Visited Mammoth for a family weekend in July. My initial reaction to our room at the Village was positive... Very nice, spacious, and clean room. Really... I loved the room (two bedroom condo easily accommodates my family of 5). Friendly staff. Easy check in and parking (underground garage). Now for my gripes... 1. There was a reggae festival and concert... More

Stayed here one night on way from Vegas to Yosemite. Hotel is fairly basic and rooms have no air con but do have ceiling fans. Obviously geared towards ski season. Kitchens are well equipped if you are self catering. Hotel is in a great location with a good choice of eateries on the doorstep. Liked the fire pits on an... More

Room 3228- great layout and very spacious. Beds in this unit were so comfortable ! No one on one side of the unit and you face a small secluded hot tub. The road runs adjacent to the unit but street noise wasn't an issue for me . Husband said he did notice street noise in morning. Maid service excellent. Interior... More

This Resort is absolutely gorgeous. The room was very nice, clean. the pool was chilly, but very clean and 2 hot tubs were clean as well. The atmosphere is light and charming. We stayed 4 days and could have spent all our time here, plenty of good places to eat, the staff was super everywhere we went. If your looking... More
