Beautiful lobby, rooms....Room was small (king bed), bathroom tiny. Bed was super comfy. I LOVE that the windows open for fresh air! Hot water unreliable, very small flow in sink and shower jumped between hot & cold regardless of time of day. Twice went to front desk and no one was there. When staff was available they were very friendly...

You put a historical hotel in a beautiful spot, renovate it with history of the pillars of the world community that have stayed here and a great bar and fine restaurant, you get the Bethlehem hotel. It combines a wonderful room Decour with old school hotel style. I slept like a baby on my comfortable bed and have an awesome...

Cannot fault the hotel staff - from doormen to receptionists, waiters and housekeeping, everyone greeted me with a genuine smile and desire to help. The room was enormous (in comparison to UK hotels at least) and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast in the Tap Room was amazing, and the jazz band on Thursday nights is a nice touch. If eating...

2nd time stay and it didn't let down. The style of the building and the front desk staff can't be beat. You can walk out the front door and find shops and restaurants or if the weather doesn't permit that stay in and enjoy the hotels restaurant, bar and comfortable lobby. This hotel has become our anniversary getaway!

We proudly continue the tradition of Bethlehem hospitality that began by the Moravians who first settled here in 1741. Come experience this hospitality at our Historic Hotel Bethlehem.Restored to its original 1922 grandeur, Historic Hotel Bethlehem's floor-to-ceiling palladium windows provide dramatic views of the historic shopping district just outside our front doors. Seven large murals were painted by George Gray in 1937 to depict the history of Bethlehem. These beautiful murals currently adorn the walls of the Mural Ballroom. One of the larger murals retells the story of how Count Zinzendorf and other early settlers named the city of Bethlehem on Christmas Eve in 1741.
