My family had the pleasure of dining at 1741 on the Terrence this evening. Our party of 6 included my 3-year-old granddaughter. The staff was very accommodating and made sure everyone was comfortable. Our meal was delicious and I cannot say enough good things about our server, Chelsea. Even though the room was bustling, she was so pleasant and checked in with our table several times during our dinner. At the end of the evening, Barry gave us a very enjoyable shuttle ride back to our car. What a nice service to offer to offer your patrons! We’ll be back!

Our stay at the Hotel Bethlehem was as magical as the holiday season. What a great way to put my wife and I in the Holiday Spirit The hotel was beautifully decorated and the daily holiday music and Mr and Mrs Claus made the stay like a scene from a Hallmark movie. The food at the hotel was delicious and expertly prepared and displayed. We look forward to returning again soon.

From the moment we drove up to the entrance, I knew we were at an exceptional place. The customer service from the two bellmen, one being Barry was first class. Our bags were brought to our room by Barry after he directed us to the lobby to check in. We decided to take a walk on the street in front of the Hotel and Barry made dinner recommendations on the street and we ended up at the Irish pub across the street. The Christmas decorations are just gorgeous in the lobby. It’s easy to see why this is called The Christmas City for sure. I’m so happy we booked this mid week getaway for hubbie and I!!

We have stayed at the Hotel Bethlehem many times over the years and continue to be impressed with how service-oriented it is. When we recently stayed there over the Thanksgiving holiday, I returned one of the hotel's bathrobes to the front desk, as it had a stain on it. Jamison at the front desk could not have been more gracious. She was visibly upset by the condition of the robe and immediately offered to have Housekeeping replace it with a new one. She also provided us with a voucher for a free breakfast which was not necessary, but which we so appreciated. Keep up the great work!

This hotel was a lovely spot for a wedding. While we were staying as part of the wedding party, we were charged an extra $250 for a smoking fee. We had not smoked in the hotel or our room. Marcos, one of the hotel staff went into our room and found raw Marijuana in a jar, and tacked on the $250 fee. When we checked out, there was no manager to speak to, and I left messages for three days with promise to get a phone call back from Kelly Ronalds. She never called. Marcos called and was extremely rude and would not even let me finish talking before telling me the evidence was his nose and that he himself smokes and saw smoke in the room. Like I said earlier, we had not smoked! This hotel is out to charge you. They are dishonest and do not care about their patrons. I would not recommend to anyone seeing as it is very expensive to stay in the forst place.

Beautiful until you experience the poor level of restaurant service . Basic level of place settings and serving standards are well below average. Assistant manager could not understand why we wanted serving spoons and forks for appetizers. The dining GM did not even ask how he could help, he just gave a sourpuss look to two of our party and handed us the bill. After the appetizers and rude and poor service staff we paid our bill and went down the street for dinner

We came in for some college tours with our oldest child. We had previously stayed at the hotel years ago for a family wedding and decided to try the hotel out again. The staff from the moment we arrived was amazing. Barry the bellman helped us get parked and into the hotel and made sure our bags got to us quickly. We decided to unwind after a long drive and Colleen at the bar was incredible. Friendly and talented (she has an amazing singing voice), we were able to relax and just enjoy the beautiful ambience of the hotel. Our return visit the second night was also fantastic - she makes a great Bloody Mary. The level of service at this hotel from everyone we encountered was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and willing to do everything possible to make sure we had a great stay. The location itself is wonderful with access to so many shops and restaurants. We hope to return soon!

Stayed at Hotel Bethlehem 10/ 24/23. I would rate my experience 100% . when we got there we were greeted by Barry/ Bellman who could not have been nicer or more helpful. At the front desk had the pleasure of meeting Marcos manager of guest experience who was above and beyond wonderful. We felt like he was our best friend for years . He did everything to treat us like visiting royalty. Maria at the front desk so sweet and made amazing hot cider for the guests to enjoy. Bellman Travis drove us to the casino and picked us up while we enjoyed conversing with this remarkable young man. Every employee we encountered there made us feel special. Everyone had a great attitude and went out of their way to make our visit remarkable. The hotel and our room was beautiful elegant spotless. It is with great pleasure that I will look forward to visiting the Hotel Bethlehem again in the future.

We arrived at the Hotel Bethlehem and were immediately met by Barry! He greeted us with a smile and proceeded to load all of our bags onto the luggage cart. As soon as we were checked in Barry brought all of our luggage to the room. He is friendly, courteous and a shining star at the Hotel Bethlehem!
