We recently hosted my daughter's wedding and reception in the Historic Hotel Bethlehem's "Terrace Room." This is a smaller room, suitable for an event hosting about 50 people or fewer (we had 38). The event went very smoothly and we received a lot of compliments about how beautiful the room was, and how delicious the food. Terry was very helpful... More

Very nice historic hotel located in Main Street. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Very different from the other chain hotels. Would definitely come back. Hopefully next time we would be able to try the restaurants near the hotel. We would also try the brewery near the hotel.

This historic hotel is conveniently located in downtown Bethlehem. The rooms have had a recent makeover and feature fresh carpeting and lovely, but small, marble bathrooms. The bedding is plush and the beds themselves comfortable. We had a tasty meal in the Tap Room, followed by Penn State Creamery ice cream from the Shoppe. An additional fee is charged for... More

This was a beautiful hotel with lots of charm and character, perfect for visiting Musikfest for one night. The room was pretty and very comfortable. We looked right out onto Main St. but it wasn't noisy at all. The bedding was so soft and we slept great after a full day of walking around. The hotel is a great home... More

This historic hotel is a treat to any traveler. Having originally lived in the area, I had no idea Bethlehem had this type of accommodations. It's right up there with other 5 star hotels we have stayed in. My daughter and granddaughter from St. Louis agree with this review totally.

I have been here several times for conferences. The staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean and overall well organized for large groups. There were times when the microphones did not work for the speakers. The food was great, plenty to eat.

We proudly continue the tradition of Bethlehem hospitality that began by the Moravians who first settled here in 1741. Come experience this hospitality at our Historic Hotel Bethlehem.Restored to its original 1922 grandeur, Historic Hotel Bethlehem's floor-to-ceiling palladium windows provide dramatic views of the historic shopping district just outside our front doors. Seven large murals were painted by George Gray in 1937 to depict the history of Bethlehem. These beautiful murals currently adorn the walls of the Mural Ballroom. One of the larger murals retells the story of how Count Zinzendorf and other early settlers named the city of Bethlehem on Christmas Eve in 1741.
