Excellent place to stay. Marcos Quintela greeted me with a warm welcome . So pleasant and helpful. Hotel atmosphere is fabulous. The only place to stay in the area! The bell staff excellent and the rooms are absolutely beautiful! Love it here
A Lovely experience for the 5 of us at Christmas time (3 rooms - all with windows). The hotel was full and very busy, but the staff was wonderful & super helpful with all requests. We had a delicious breakfast in the beautiful bright dining room with the gorgeous tile floor. We were blessed with amazing warm weather and enjoyed walking to all the shops, restaurants etc. since the Hotel is centrally located. Charming old hotel - had been on my list to visit for years!
My mother and I spent 4 nights at the Hotel Bethlehem while attending the Moravian Music Festival in July 2022, and I truly hope that we have the opportunity to stay there again someday! Our room was beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean. All public spaces were pleasant and well cared for, and the restaurant off the lobby was a great option for quick breakfasts and light bites/libations in the evenings. Most of all, I wish to thank all of the delightful staff that made our stay so memorable. Tom, the bellman, gave us a great first impression of the hotel. He greeted us warmly and took care of unloading all of our baggage and settling us into our room. Tasso at the front desk was very professional and hospitable, and we appreciate that he followed up on our request for early housekeeping. Bonnie and Nina at the Taproom (and another server whose name I can't recall) made our breakfasts enjoyable, and Mr. Sweeney who was our server in the evenings provided exceptional service with his natural capacity for hospitality. All of the housekeeping staff we encountered were very friendly, and we never had to wait for our room to be cleaned in the mornings which we truly appreciated. Their exceptional level of service will be remembered any time we have the occasion to be in Bethlehem. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling here!…
I recently stayed at this hotel simply because of its location, being as it was an easy drive from I-78 at the end of a very long day's drive. I could not have been happier and was so glad to have found this little gem. from the polite welcome and the very attractive decor, to the lovely staff and delicious food, everything was great and served up in a friendly and professional manner. well done Hotel Bethlehem, this is such a find!
This hotel is wonderful. Beautiful room, decorated exactly the way you would think a historic hotel of this magnitude should be. Great amenity for our anniversary, made us feel special. The lobby bar atmosphere and cocktails are outstanding. Staff are friendly, accommodating and attentive from top to bottom. The ONLY place I will stay in Bethlehem, and will continue to return.
My husband and I spent last night at this hotel. We got a superior, corner room suite. Room 416 to be exact, for a whopping $427.90! We do not mind spending the money if the product is worth it, however the cleanliness and the quality of the sheets and pillows is NOT worth the price. Also to be noted, the bath tub, stool and door handles were not clean. The staff however were extremely friendly and professional.
We went there to celebrate my birthday since we had heard so much about the dining and the food being so good that we left disappointed. First the waiter didn’t even introduce himself and which was weird to me. Even at Olive Garden the waiter introduces themselves. The menu was very simple and the food wasn’t that great. I would go back for drinks and brunch but not for dinner.
We recently spent an overnight stay at "HOTEL BETHL EHEM" to celebrate our "60th Wedding Anniversary". It was the most fasinating & awesome place we have ever stayed at. We have owned a time share for 20 years & have probably stayed at as many as 50 different resorts & to us they were all wonderful. But this experience was just over whelming. Our room was outstandingly beautiful, perfectly clean & more lovely then we could even try to describe. The staff was the best, we ate at the hotel in there terrace room & that was as beautiful as anyplace I have ever seen. The food was top notch & there breakfast in their tap room was above all... totally delicious. My only wish is that I would have stayed here before. We only live 45 minutes from here & this was our first visit. Above all....you must give it a try. Karl & Donna Stauffer…
Stayed here for our anniversary. Had wedding reception here years ago. Beautiful historic hotel, attention to detail. Upgraded to luxury room with king bed, sofa, marble bathroom. Beautiful view. Attentive staff. Delicious breakfast. Located on quaint Main St with lots of restaurants with outdoor seating and shops.
We love this place. Everything is perfect. Rooms are large with great beds and wonderful pillows. Lobby is beautiful and a perfect place to "people watch", relax and meet with friends. Bar and restaurant are our favorite parts of the hotel. Very good food and excellent prices. We always try and stay when we know Audrea is the bartender that evening. She is amazing and makes the best drinks ever!!!! Very knowledgeable about the food and our selections. She is so fun, nice and very professional. You just want to hang out with her for the evening. A real asset for the hotel.
