We recently visited mount airy, so I am going to compare the two.. we stayed 1 night at wind creek.. 1) the smoke is a killer. We are staying in a non smoking room and someone has been smoking, it stinks. The casino floor also stinks- mount airy went smoke free and we can breathe there- mount airy wins there. The casino is not loose like they say! We much prefer mount airy where they at least give you something and you can play a while. Not here.. mount airy wins there… you can check in early here and the front staff were very nice and helpful. Same at mount airy. Mount airy has free valet parking and wind creek does not. Pool at mount airy, not here, mount airy wins. Mount airy just cleaner and lovely views-
We were going to spend more $ here but saved it for upcoming stay at mount airy. Check out is 10 here which is rushed and early. We like the bars and food here.. but overall, mount airy wins. Wind creek, go smoke free and loosen up the slots abut, if you want folks coming here.

If you like casinos or just plain entertainment and great food, you have to visit wind creek formly sands casino. I enjoy the slots and always win-a little something. The food is great. They have an Emerils restaurant with seafood as well as a burger place. They have a great food court with a lot of variation and downstairs you can shop till you drop. I love the fact that because the casino floor is Hugh they have a non smoking area smoke free. Great place to visit.

I'm of two minds about this hotel. Our check in associate was polite and professional. Our room was spacious, contemporary and clean. But we probably won't be back.
The lobby offers nothing except a small seating area. The elevators are out in the shops area, down a corridor, around two corners. Despite a sign in the elevator telling you to insert you room key and press your floor button, the elevator won't work until you REMOVE your room key. Three people kept inserting different room keys but we couldn't get the elevator to work until a 4th person came along who had already been shown how it worked.
The casino seemed safe but just crummy. The restaurants were not to our liking. If you're happy with a food court and over priced chains, go for it. If you're looking to sit down, have nice service and quality food for less than $100 a couple, look elsewhere.
Overall the casino/dining area, except for one restaurant with a $135 steak, was from hunger. Abysmal margheritas, chain store lighting and long waits for Emeril burgers, just low rent all the way.
The hotel lobby itself offers nothing. No continental breakfast, no coffee, not even a sinhle brochure about the area.
We booked here to stay overnight for a Bill Maher show, which is in the event area. The tightly packed folding chairs did nothing to enhance the experience. Nor did the people being allowed to trail in until almost 8:30 for the 8pm start time. Yes, we know you are all so special.
A strange experience and one we're not looking to repeat.

Great guest customer service and clean accommodating rooms. I was in the old tower and it was well maintained and clean. The new tower I was told was currently being opening up. Once I return I’ll definitely request the new tower. Casino and outlet mall on property. I was very happy with my visit and loved the location to downtown and Wawa across the bridge. The old steel years next door was also a treat and offers amazing views from the hotel. A must visit, thank you Wind Creek Team.

Wow. We had booked two nights stay for Saturday and Sunday nights (8/29 and 8/30) and I specifically told them upon booking that we would not arrive until very late as we work until 10 pm on Saturday and had a drive. We arrived around 12:20 am Sunday morning. Found the Hotel lobby entrance closed so we went around via the Mall entrance. Upon trying to check in, the gentleman attempting to get our room became "frustrated". He called the night manager and she came over and inspected the availability and told us our room was no longer available but that she was bumping us up to one of the largest suites in the facility. We thanked her and proceeded to our room. We were in room 1500 "The Presidential Suite". Unbelievable! What a room! Three TVs, a full bathroom next to the bedroom and a powder room near the front door. No matter how much I can describe it won't do the suite justice. Next day we did a few things, went shopping for a bit and when I carried packages up to the room while my wife continued to shop, A wonderful woman manning the desk at the Chairmans Lounge greeted me as I walked by and showed me this suite. She made me feel so welcome and offered me food and drink. Went back and told my wife what a great experience I had and, after shopping we went back to the lounge and met Victoria Barlow. Victoria went way out of her way to make us feel welcome. Wonderful woman who really understands customer service. Not only did she greet us warmly, she grabbed us some beverages and even made dinner reservations at Emeril's Chop House for us. Our dinner was excellent. My filet mignon was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy, tender and perfect medium on the inside. We gambled both nights and found the casino was very clean and practiced social distancing well. I never felt too close to someone nor did we fear unsanitary conditions as we say people constantly wiping things down, hand sanitizers everywhere and everyone wore a mask the proper way. We have been to many casino hotels in many states but this was one of the best over-all experiences we ever had.

Stayed one night at Wind Creek while visiting Lehigh. The room was absolutely average. I didn’t expect anything fancy but there’s a couple hotels by the promenade shops that blow Wind Creek out of the water for this price point. The furniture in the room is bleh. The bed is average. The pillows sucked (way too soft). The room smelled like cigarettes. The bed had no blanket, just sheets. You need to keep the room key in the wall to operate lights or the hvac. Weird. I do not recommend this hotel.

This was our second stay here (the 1st was when it was Sands)
The hotel did a nice job of feeling "covid clean" there were even 2 disposable mask and a bottle of sanitizer on the desk complimentary ). There was also complimentary water bottles which I love not being charged 3.50 for like other resorts.
The room was very spacious, tons of room. The bed was super comfortable my only issue was there was no blanket or comforter idk if that's because of covid it was just 2 sheets. I just turned the heat up.
Bathroom was clean and the vanity area was perfect, the towels are extra long which is a nice bonus, along with slippers.
They are renovating and adding a new pool , bar & hotel tower.

Parking is easy, the casino is bright airy and inviting. They have so many slot machines you have to find many of your favorite slots. They have an amazing amount of food options. We ate at the Italian fast food stand in the food court and the food was delicious and fairly priced. The bathrooms are immaculate.

Overall a good experience, however parking is not well marked. We had to park the car and walk in to find the valet parking attendant. Once located, everything went smoothly. It does appear the free parking is a bit of hike for most people. Check in went smoothly and our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The reunion facilities were in the midst of the event center which had major entertainment acts both nights of the reunion. It was a bit of a pain dealing with security to get to thereunion location. Other than that the food and bar were both very good.

First time staying here and we had an amazing time! The lobby is brand spanking new and absolutely gorgeous. When we checked in the front desk person told us we were randomly selected as the guests of the day. We ended getting automatically upgraded to a Grand King Suite Corner Room which was located in the new hotel wing. We also received 2 comp drinks at the bar, free snacks, and a food credit to use towards dinner which we ate at Urban Tale (which was also good). The room was very clean and spacious. Every staff member we encountered from the bartenders, waiters, and maids were very friendly and pleasant. The casino was very big as well and didn't wreak of smoke. I will definitely stay at Wind Creek Bethlehem again!!
