I would not stay here again. I told the front office about my concerns and will address it with the staff. Make sure to check the room entirely before sleeping in it. The room smelled awful too so tell the front desk about any issues. Hope they fix their problems.so sad.

Stay away from this hotel or any in the area. There are a bunch of dirty, obnoxious, and unwanted locals wandering around the hotel at all hours. I was worried that my car would get broken into the entire time I was there. There are a bunch of vagrants boarded up in a filthy motel near there that don't seem to have jobs.

From the moment we drove into their parking lot, we knew this was NOT a 2.5 star hotel. This was more like a motel. Bathroom vanity was falling apart. Dirty beer bottle cap under bathroom sink on dirty carpet. Baseboards ripping off. Dark stains on the window drapes. BIG dark stains on the ottoman. Door to room didn't seal properly. Beds were super old and would sink down in the middle. Beds also made A LOT of noise. At 8am we heard a loud, constant banging on the wall behind the bed. While walking towards the nightstand I got a big piece of metal jab into my ankle that was hanging out from under the bed. Definitely do not recommend this place.

We were stuck in a hotel for a few days while awaiting work on our RV (aka our home). Check-in was pretty easy and the staff were friendly. We didn't know to ask but we got a first-floor room facing the pool. It's a little longer of a carry for bags but I imagine it's a ton quieter than the parking lot side of the building. The pool and hot tub area are quite nice and there's a little pond out back that is nicely landscaped. My wife and kids got breakfast each morning. Standard "continental breakfast' fare food. No one complained, but no one raved about it. Apparently they could tell who was on clean-up duty each day, some days the breakfast was cleaned up by 9:30 (end of breakfast) and others it was just starting to be closed up at 9:30. Beds were decently comfortable and the room was decent size. The air conditioner didn't blow as cold of air as we would have liked and it never quite got down as cool as we would have preferred. Usually not a problem, but it messed with our sleep a bit. My wife used the laundry. One machine didn't dry the clothes. The staff refunded her money and she used a different dryer that worked fine. Just around the corner is a BBQ place called Sonny's BBQ that was amazing. We actually stopped there a second time after we checked-out. A short drive away is another restaurant called the Shake Station. This was an absolutely fantastic little dinner with great food and ice cream.

Blood stains on pillow case, dirty bathroom, carpet was very dirty looking. Broken shades, broken toilet paper holder. Ice machine in the hall was so gross I wouldn’t get ice from it if you paid me. Staff was nice.
