WORST PLACE EVER! This place is the most money hungry place I have ever seen. When we first got there the lady at the front desk told us she would try to find us a permanent spot and until then we can stay in a seasonal spot until December. The middle of September rolls around and we start seeing people leave the permant spots so we go ask her if we will be getting one of the spots. She tells us that now our RV is too old to get one and that we now have to be out by October 1st which was only two weeks away! That left us with only two weeks to find a place to live! On top of that the rent was now going to go up to 2000 dollars! 2000 dollars for an RV spot! You aren't even being provided with a home! Just a spot! You can rent an apartment for less that that! The cherry on top was when they started kicking people out the day after the hurricane. Trust me, go somewhere else.…
When reviewing this campground resort we ask for premium pull thur site for 40ft motorhome.when looking at pictures this site had concrete patio with picnic table.when we get here this site is barely big enough for our unit. There is NO concrete patio & only one i have seen thus far that doesnt have one.u can't step.out of ur rv without stepping onto ur neighbors site less 2 ft.away.U r face to face with ur neighbor..we have had 2 bad days of rain thus far and we r in a mud puddle in front of our rv.I an SO disappointed in Sun outdoor resorts In putting ANYONE in this site.We have stayed in several sun resorts and this Site is by far the worst. Its really a.disgrace to them. will never stay here or recommend it to anyone. We r here for a mth.Had I know they treat customers in such a disrespectful way in their representation of this site NEVER would have come here!! …
bad experience! horrible and dirty pool. The administration is not serious and the manager is aggressive! She told me: I'm the boss and I do what I want here! Arbor terrace has a serious problem, and this problem is named Sonya.
We reserved a 5 nights stat at Arbor Terrace in January 2022. We thought we had stayed there before but we did not. When you arrived they make you pay for your 5 nights right away then you can not cancelled after. They sent us at the end of the park it was apull thru but a terrible site thatyou are very closed to your neighbor and both sites are face to face, if you sit outside, you sit with your neighbor. I have never saw a rv resort like that. The connections are not too cleaned. Many permanent residents If you go make sure you visit your site first or Don t go at all. I don t recommend that place at all. Paid for 5 nights but only stayed 3 nights
Misleading website. Not all sites match website description. Was told “by October” they will all match. Unfortunately the site we were placed on is one that does not match the website description. Not all long term sites are well maintained leading to your site being overwhelmed by flies from their site. Not able to enjoy the area outside of your own camper due to this and I am not talking a couple of flies. Also unpleasant odor coming from long term site.
It is not the Two Ladies Luzide and Sonia that are wonderful with costumers. The entire staff really cares about you. It is a safety place, very nice environment,. It is a place to stay permanently or temporary
The staff and prices are fantastic pools and games are fun and they have alot of activities for all ages we will return again love the shuffle board and card room they even have a pool table All my family love it
We were only here for one night so did not take advantage of all the amenities. We had a very nice site with full hook-ups. Two things to review: 1) the person at the office had obviously never driven an RV and put us in a site that was extremely hard to drive to and get into; 2) the people who live in this resort (either full-time or for the winter months) were extremely kind and helpful in getting us into the site. We could not have done it without them. We have a 44' Class A and resort thought the site would handle it. Grateful for our neighbors help. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and centrally located. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby and resort was easily accessible from Hwy 75. Looks to be many amenities - neighbor said they had 200 people at the potluck dinner a few nights earlier.…
My wife and I have been returning every year to Arbour Terrace because of several basic reasons, the sun , the beaches , the pool, the rates , the clean / well maintained grounds and much more! Amber and Sonya have become family to us and we always work together to make things better. Our friends now join us down there and we laugh and play like kids, and drink a wee bit too! Our lives have been enriched by the atmosphere and all the fun memories we share with our families back home. Thankyou for all your efforts each and every day ! Craig Rae and Terri Dekker
We took three months away from the Michigan snow and came here celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary as our gift to each other. Staying in the cottage was very easy to adapt too having everything we needed. The front office with our special lady Luc made sure we were satisfied with everything including a couple problems that were taken care of immediately. The friendly atmosphere here is very inviting and many activities here for the taking. We will be back as well as many other couples here that comes back yearly. Facilities here are excellent and very clean. Love..love the heated pool... Mr & Mrs Helka
