I stayed here before moving out of state for work. Sonya, the manager was AWESOME. She was so friendly and fully explained pricing and everything to me.
I stated in an RV cottage which was nicer than almost all my apartments I had throughout my 20s! The park was really clean and everyone was so friendly! There was a schedule of events and there was always something going on. I wish I had known about this place earlier.
Sonya definitely cares about this community and making her customers happy!

When reviewing this campground resort we ask for premium pull thur site for 40ft motorhome.when looking at pictures this site had concrete patio with picnic table.when we get here this site is barely big enough for our unit.There is NO concrete patio & only one i have seen thus far that doesnt have one.u can't step.out of ur rv without stepping onto ur neighbors site less 2 ft.away.U r face to face with ur neighbor..we have had 2 bad days of rain thus far and we r in a mud puddle in front of our rv.I an SO disappointed in Sun outdoor resorts In putting ANYONE in this site.We have stayed in several sun resorts and this Site is by far the worst.Its really a.disgrace to them. will never stay here or recommend it to anyone.We r here for a mth.Had I know they treat customers in such a disrespectful way in their representation of this site NEVER would have come here!!

The staff is fantastic! When we got there, our unit was cleaned and welcoming. The staff came by to welcome us personally and Sonya the manager stopped by to ensure everything was perfect and helped us with everything we needed. Great location and close to the beaches without the beachy price!

We took three months away from the Michigan snow and came here celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary as our gift to each other. Staying in the cottage was very easy to adapt too having everything we needed. The front office with our special lady Luc made sure we were satisfied with everything including a couple problems that were taken care of immediately. The friendly atmosphere here is very inviting and many activities here for the taking. We will be back as well as many other couples here that comes back yearly. Facilities here are excellent and very clean. Love..love the heated pool... Mr & Mrs Helka

My wife and I have been returning every year to Arbour Terrace because of several basic reasons, the sun , the beaches , the pool, the rates , the clean / well maintained grounds and much more! Amber and Sonya have become family to us and we always work together to make things better. Our friends now join us down there and we laugh and play like kids, and drink a wee bit too! Our lives have been enriched by the atmosphere and all the fun memories we share with our families back home. Thankyou for all your efforts each and every day !

Sonya was helpful to me during my stay at Arbor Terrace RV Resort. She intervened in an issue I went oI had; she went out of her way to assist me in a problem I had with the Post Office; she contacted outside help in getting me resources that I needed; and she took time to understand my issues. In short, Sonya is the best.

Sad to see such negative reviews. Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. Atmosphere and stay was perfect and the service was excellent! Sonya was a big help and very welcoming as she went above and beyond to assist with any questions regarding the stay and also to things pertaining to our visit as far as places to see and do. WORST PLACE EVER! This place is the most money hungry place I have ever seen. When we first got there the lady at the front desk told us she would try to find us a permanent spot and until then we can stay in a seasonal spot until December. The middle of September rolls around and we start seeing people leave the permant spots so we go ask her if we will be getting one of the spots. She tells us that now our RV is too old to get one and that we now have to be out by October 1st which was only two weeks away! That left us with only two weeks to find a place to live! On top of that the rent was now going to go up to 2000 dollars! 2000 dollars for an RV spot! You aren't even being provided with a home! Just a spot! You can rent an apartment for less that that! The cherry on top was when they started kicking people out the day after the hurricane. Trust me, go somewhere else.

We are truly sorry for the misunderstandings which led to your negative experience. We do have age and condition rig requirements for our permanent leases that do not apply to transient spots. We did not kick people out after the hurricane, but because of the timing, we can see how it may have seemed to be connected. Our snowbirds arrive beginning October 1st, so the movement at the end of September right after the hurricane were our sublease people leaving as scheduled to clear their sites before the snowbirds arrived. Our prices do vary according to season, which is once again not related to the hurricane in any way. City living in an RV Resort. Luz at the front desk will set you up with all the info for a spectacular stay. Lots of onsite activities, close to many local activities, central to several cities & beaches. Longer you stay the better it becomes.

We rented a new mobile home on their property around Halloween. Although the accommodations and amenities were a bargain, the on-site General Manager catapulted the concept of customer service to a level beyond reason - even for the other Goblins slithering about during All Hallows Eve. As you will read below, he put them to shame. You see, we had originally reserved the rental house for a week, starting on a certain date. Then, well before that date, we spoke with the front office manager lady and asked to change the date to arrive one day later. I was told '...Oh that's absolutely no problem we'll just change your arrival date and time, and notate that you will be here til the following day. We'll see you then!' And they did. We arrived, paid, and checked in. Here and there, during our stay, we had heard rumblings from some of the residents related to the GM of the property. Apparently, he was earning a rep as an uncaring, overbearing jerk. At least that's what we were told in so many words. We shrugged it off, as we surmised that we wouldn't be there long enough to be adversely affected by any such phenom of discontent. Then, late morning on the 6th day of our stay, the GM came scooting up in his golf cart, leaping off the cart while simultaneously hard-braking and blurting...'You're scheduled to be out today!' I assured him we had paid for a week and that this was only the 6th day. He jumped back on his cart and pulled away as he replied he would check with the front office and be back. I scratched my head and retrieved my receipt. Sure enough, it showed the date and amount paid for a week's stay. He returned, and before I could get a word out went into confrontational style and told me that it didn't matter what I was reading, that the office system record showed my reservation was for the period of time starting a day before (date of original reservation) and that this was the 7th day since that day, regardless of when we arrived and actually paid and checked-in. He then, (without response from me), menacingly informed me that I would have 30 minutes to vacate and 'If you're not out by then, I'll throw you out!...And don't ever come back!' I must confess...with customer service panache and grace like that, who in the world would NOT want to come back? Okay, 30 minutes - 2 adults, 3 small children, loads of vacation stuff, and clothes had just been put in the washer. Earlier that day my grown daughter had come by and borrowed our van to drive to visit friends an hour away and was not expected back til dinner time. We put the pedal to the metal and somehow managed to get it all done in time, and get transportation. I'm relatively confident that the Arbor Terrace Corporate powers would not condone this pseudo-manager's vile demeanor and disgusting way of dealing with customers, and I'm also relatively confident that the GM himself hoped his conduct would never be brought to light beyond that noon-time debacle. Sadly for him, it will be. Corporate as well as myriad media outlets and travel agencies shall be well informed of his conduct. His employer certainly would not consider his actions 'corporate comportment'. I just wanted to be sure that anyone considering a stay at the Arbor Terrace in Bradenton, Florida take this true review into consideration.

We went there on a private rental so wish I could help but can"t. I will say our private rental went badly, ethics and good business practices went out the window as soon as they found someone who
would stay longer even though we were told we would be given first choice.
Did you have any problem with sewer hook up? I have read a few speak of rubber hose type connection?
We had normal hook ups every time we went. There has been changes made since we was there the 1st time.
it is cheaper to rent by months. I belong to passport America and you get 50% off for a few days which is a big help. If you use my name we both get a bonus and you can keep passing that on. tHE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE.
The one bedroom cottage we stayed in had a very uncomfortable pull out sofa. It also had dirty sheets and towels and lots of bugs crawling around the kitchen counter. We arrived on a Saturday night and no one was able to get us clean sheets/towels until the office opened again on Monday. No extra sheets were in the cottage and the number that we were given was only for "emergencies"
