I was there for 1 hour for a miniature show in the lobby area. There was no air conditioning. It was sweltering. The vending machines were reportedly empty. There were no large industrial fans, only ones that vendors had brought from their homes. There was...More
This is one of the worse places I've ever stayed in as an adult or even ever! The pictures I saw on the internet did NOT reflect what I saw in person. The pictures online were gorgeous and looked inviting, that is NOT the case...More

This hotel appears to have once been very nice. The weekend we were there, we did not have TV or wifi in our room. TV worked but only on one channel that kept repeating the same shows. For most people, these two items are a...More
I've stayed at this hotel before and didn't think it too bad, although somewhat dated. However, my last stay with them, after two changes of ownership since it was a Ramada, was a disaster. TV and Internet didn't work. I discovered the hard way that...More

There is a discount available. Our group was contracted 6 months beforehand though. The group rate we were given was worth it. However, I suggest staying away from the 1st floor because our room and my friends room was disgusting! I heard they are remodeling (fingers crossed that it's true)!!!! Have fun w/your family.

While it may have a decent pool, what really disturbed me about my stay here was the lack of cleaning in the rooms, no replacement of toiletries while there for 3 days, and the overall downhill slide in cleanliness, decor, and staff helpfulness over the years since Ramada took it over. Since my review I have learned of many others in our group who experienced worse problems, such as their rooms being left open by staff! Our group has stayed there for years, but will not go back after our stay in May 2014.
While it is true that one desk staff member was helpful and doing what she could to process the people arriving, the Manager and another staff member, fiddling with a computer at the desk, totally ignored the long line of check-ins that had formed at 4 pm in the afternoon.
