The hotel is a large crumbling complex with a creepy atrium full of lifeless tables and a pool; windowed rooms full of paint cans look out over this scene. Here's my one positive comment: our room was nice enough and I slept well. My colleague and I booked a two-bed room for a two night stay. We checked in around...

Stay away. This place is a dump, super outdated. Not even hot water in the winter!!! Are you kidding me??? Breakfast area is unsanitary, the rooms looks dirty. The tub was nasty. I do not recommend the hotel dayton. Stay away!!!! I will never stay here even if offered a free room!!! Oh and the 1990's tv that doesn't even...

I have NO idea why I booked this hotel. It's the worst! Tear it down! You will regret staying here. First room had not been cleaned and no sheets on the bed. Its a huge hotel and I never saw another customer; first clue. Inside it looks like they enclosed an old rundown motel. The heat did not work in...

Do not stay here!! First of all, don't believe the nice pictures. This place is not the Ramada anymore. It's privately owned. There's not even a sign out front. You can see the spot where they took the old Ramada sign down. It's in the worst part of town too. Most businesses around it are all boarded up. The restaurant...

Reception and the manager were great when we arrived. Despite booking about 10 months early from New Zealand, Ramada had never notified Hotel's.com /Expedia that the hotel had changed hands. This was all sorted out quickly and easily. The room was fine, near the pool area in the internal atrium. The pool and spa pool was very nice. Breakfast was...

Hotel had no hot water! Also, the hotel does NOT look like the picture above. It is NOT a Ramada! It's in the sketchiest part of town, right next to the highway by a depressing strip club, across the street from a check cashing place. We were picked up from the airport by a nice enough driver. I was concerned...

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. Unfortunately it seems to now be a private operation and no longer managed by Ramada. I wish I had stayed here while they still ran it because it seems like a really cool looking property in a prime interstate location with a unique indoor pool and atrium area. It has so...

First off, this hotel is not 5 star so you shouldn't expect that. Secondly, Ramada Plaza closed sometime early in the year and was purchased by new owners. While they were in the process of renovating, they had so many reservations that were previously booked for the WGI competitions, they made a decision to open on April 1 to accommodate...

Dear Ms. Lisa B, Thank you very much for taking the time to review the hotel. We appreciate your input and we have since implemented a designated area for our employees to smoke out of our guests' view. We apologize for that inappropriate first impression. In addition, we have been working closely with our new Property Management System to correct...

I booked this hotel because it was on the list of lodging for the WGI Percussion Competition website. Everything else was booked but strangely this place was available and inexpensive ($75 a night). The web site made it seem like it was a very new, updated facility and I couldn't find any reviews on it so I figured it was...

Dear Hate2Pay4Parking, Thank you for your input regarding the hotel. The time you came in April we had been open for 16 days. Despite knowing we had issues to deal with in this recently purchased hotel, we still wanted to accommodate several groups that had reservations with the previous ownership and not have these groups without a place to stay...

While they are doing renovations, and it is under new management. I have seen as I go to work each day and pass this hotel that there is work being done. When I stayed there the people were kind and the rooms were clean. and under new management I believe this hotel will be even better than before.
