you will like this charming B and B. Marja definitely rolls out the red carpet for her guests. The atmosphere was welcoming and the rooms were so nice. We will definitely go back to this place. If you are looking for a quiet clean accomodating B and B then look no further.

The greeting when we arrived was luke-warm and it went downhill after that. We had requested the Gable & Lombard room on line, which we got. First, the room: it was not spotlessly clean as one might expect. The pillows made me wish I had brought my own from home. Owner please note: The bedspread needs to be laundered! Very...

Love staying in bed and breakfast inns and I really wanted this to be special, however it was just above average. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. It was clean and had the amenities you would expect, so all-in-all not a disappointment.

Walking distance to the Cumberland Island ferry and several restaurants which made the location very convenient. Very quiet neighborhood without traffic. Host can make arrangements for the ferry, the Land and Legacies Tour and for a picnic lunch if needed. Room was very comfortable, but might be a bit cluttered for some. Wine and snacks available in the evening in...

Our first visit to St Mary's and Goodbread Inn... we plan to return. Host very welcoming and helpful. Refreshments and breakfast very well done. Inn a delightful experience with many artifacts and historical references. Room clean and comfortable. Balcony and front porch swings very enjoyable. Recommend to our freinds 🤗

My daughter and I stayed here one night on our way to Cumberland Island. It was perfect. When we got there it was a little cool and windy outside. We checked in ( the Lombard room is perfect) and ate lunch on the porch which was just off our upstairs room. It was very nice up there. Out of the...

What an interesting place! The Goodbread Inn a a number of suites; we had the Rhett and Scarlett - decorated many portraits, photos, and other memorabilia from Gone with the Wind. As you might imagine, all the furnishings were scarlet. The rest of the house, much like most B&Bs, was filled with all kinds of interesting furniture. A great breakfast...

We had the Lancelot and Guinivere suite which was upstairs and had access to the lovely veranda. The breakfast was great and the hospitality could not have been more wonderful. What a lovely time of year to be here with all of the lights.

We very much enjoyed being a bit off the bridge as yon path at St Mary's. The inn is great fun. The staff give you a real sense of a old-time Southern welcome. It is only a block away from some restaurants and the boat to the national park

If you are looking for a gourmet taste of the south, you need to stay at this bed and breakfast where pumpkin spice pancakes and caramel apples are standard fare! Rooms were adorable and our hostess was super welcoming.
