This is a lovely oasis in the middle of nowhere. All is nice and clean and tidy. RV spots are gravel and level with full hook up. All RV sizes easily accommodated. Each site has a picnic table and barbecue and nicely kept grass lawn. The laundry is very clean. The very pleasant surprise is that there is a restaurant in... More

Sites are fairly spacious, all have grass, most have large trees. Interior roads are gravel, but good. WiFi is good, No cable, but antenna gets a few channels (no NBC). Park has a restaurant with great food. Park is on Hwy 20 between Craters of the Moon, and the Atomic Museum

They said their cafe was great but it was not. It took 20 minutes to get a beer and one hour to get food. The fish was a very small plate for 10 dollars They were out of food and beers listed on their menu. And, their WiFi did not work. When they were questioned about the WiFi they denied... More

We were here for a week. Convenient to Craters of the Moon, INL, and pleasant day trips to Ketchum, Bellevue, Sun Valley and the Sawtooth scenic highway. Nice owners. Clean, well maintained, great restaurant on premises.

This unpretentious restaurant produced the best dinner we have had in 4 states in the past 2 weeks. The small restaurant filled rapidly and although we had to wait a time, the good was absolutely delicious and obviously home cooked on the premises. Barbeque ribs and ham steaks were amazing as was the smoked baked potato. Salads were imaginative and huckleberry... More

The folks at Mountain View RV Park have been our hosts for a multidisciplinary research project for the past two weeks. The project, known as BASALT, has meant over 30 people working in a NASA "Mission Support Center" trailer on site, and as our staging base for field research operating in Craters of the Moon NMP. Stayed Here 4 days - Just before Memorial day - The restaurant is VERY good, the Owners were Exceptional - Had made special arrangements to park us close to the Restrooms as the Wife uses a Walker. Power and Water were just right - Water is regulated at about 40 PSI to make sure it doesn't harm the RV system... More

Chose park as it was close to "Craters of the Moon". Turned out to be a gem in middle of nowhere! All RV sites are drive thru with full hookups, and seem level. With Good Sam, price was very reasonable $39. Decided to try the Cafe for dinner. Excellent ribs and make sure to get the smoked loaded baked potatoe... More

We stayed in Arco in order to visit Craters of the Moon in mid-September. Mountain View RV Park has everything and more to make this stay very pleasant. Roomy sites, trees, spotless washrooms, good wifi, and a great cafe! Not only did we have the best ribs I've had in a very long time, they also serve fantastic craft beer!... More
