Unfortunately, the Lodge is the only place you can stay if you want to be in the park. The rooms are on the expensive side, given the amenities. The beds need replacing, the pillows are average, the views limited, as the windows are small. Don't go expecting to hike unless it's July and August, as snow hadn't melted yet, leaving... More

We had a great 1 night stay at the Crater Lake Lodge. Our room was larger than expected, and we had an amazing view of the lake! We ate at the restaurant that night which was very good, and in between fancy and casual. Definitely recommended!

Breathtaking lodge, always a roaring fire going, friendly staff, clean room. This lodge is very updated compared to other lodges like Timberline; so if you don't like rustic, this lodge will be fine. Dinner is pricey (about $30/plate), but you don't have many choices. Two vegan options, which was a nice surprise. No micro or fridge in the rooms, and... More

Absolutely hands down our favorite stop on our roadtrip from Cali to Michigan. My boyfriend and I splurged on a suite because that's all they had available $220. I would not say you need a lake view as you spend so little time in your room and can see the lake downstairs and outside. The lodge has so much interesting... More

Location-Fantastic with a great big room to hang out by the fireplace. It was very crowded, we found no place to sit and went back to the room. Ok for one day, but for the price is not worth it. We did the Scenic byway with the waterfalls and the lake and were concerned about making it to the next... More

The rooms here are clean and very basic--i.e no tv or phone/room service. We had a room facing the lake and the views where amazing. The bath only had a large claw tub, but the hot water pumped! The people who work here are kind and treat their guests very well and are efficient. Reserve a table at the restaurant,... More

I stayed at the lodge with friends visiting from out of state and it was a wonderful experience. While the rooms are cozy, they are very comfortable. I love not having a phone or television in the room as it forces you to enjoy the lodges atmosphere and chat with other guests. And what can you say about the view,... More

It goes without saying that the location of this lodge is absolutely incredible. The views from any part of the lodge - the rooms, the common space, and especially the back porch are just the best anywhere in the world. The room we stayed in was cozy, clean, and great for our needs - with an incredible view from sun-up... More

An extraordinary view hotel at one of the most beautiful wonders of the world. No TV or room telephone, but they are not needed when the view outside is so captivating. Besides, the hotel has WiFi so you can connect to the outside world if you must. Restaurant serves great entrees such as elk chops and citrus duck to vie... More
