We booked the two bedroom suite for a family weekend which ended up as rained out. So we spent a lot more time in the hotel than expected. The room was comfortable and clean. comfortable beds, and chairs, 3 TVs, full kitchen. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The gym was a bit small but adequate. This will be our new go-to hotel when in the area.

The service was very good, and my stay was so relaxing.”: The service was so good that specially the manager she’s so nice. , and i enjoy the experience. really liked the amenities.” Never underestimate the value of hot, fresh coffee in the morning, comfortable cotton bathrobes, free wifi, flat-screen TVs, and even high-end soap dispensers.

This hotel is perfect for business long term stay grocery, fast food and restaurant within walking distances and only 10 drive to Langley AFB and NASA research center. Hotel staff is very friendly and professional.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Kitchen is so nice. Decent food not far from city. Most city tour points are close by. Good for leisure or business traveller on budget. Staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely think this review will help you make the right choice. Great service. Will be going back again.

We arrived to hotel after travelling 9 1/2 hours to get there and the room we booked was given away by the manager Angel to someone else to find that the 2 double beds we booked was changed to a single bed room. Could not accommodate us. They did call and get us another room at Comfort Inn Suites and fortunately for us the hotel was much nicer after seeing the room they gave us. Candlewood had a terrible smell like they were trying to cover up a terrible odor with tons of horrible smelling air fresheners and our room reeked of smoke. Comfort Inn Suites is so much nicer, no smell and room is so nice. So I guess the inconvenience they gave us worked out in the end. After being extremely frustrated and annoyed we are much happier. Thank you Comfort Inn Suites. This was our second time trying Candlewood and both experiences were poor. Never staying there again at any location. …

This is the worst place i have ever been to ! Made the reservation over 5 months in advance & when we got there our room was not available . Traveling with 4 people & they tried to give us a 1 bed room instead of the 2 bedroom with living area & kitchenette we reserved . Then tried to make us pay for another room . The girl @ the front desk was great !!! She tried to make things better . The bath tub had an orange sized hole in the wall of the tub , the other room had toilet paper wadded up around the smoke detector & had a cracked bathroom sink . The back door leading outside had glass that was shattered with a sign that said do not use , The patio area in the picture must be really old because it is not an area with a table anymore & the back wall almost fell over when I sat down & leaned back on it ! The place is an accident waiting to happen !!! The bed was comfortable & great pillows . We left the next morning after thankfully getting lucky in finding a place for the rest of the week that was great . This place has soooooo many code violations that it should be shut down , It is unsafe ! IHG should not have them as part of their group . …
