I am a local to Willcox and got evacuated along with my dog, Olive, at midnight on the 4th of July because of a gas leak. AZ Sunset Inn was on the BringFido app, their prices were the best in town and they had a room for me and Olive. The room was excellent with basic amenities; microwave, coffee, mini-fridge, hair dryer, DISH TV. I was struck by how CLEAN the room and bathroom were! I got the best sleep I've had in four months since I adopted Olive. The pillows and beds were clean, very comfortable and heaven sent. Even though it's dog friendly it was *quiet.* There's plenty of parking, and it's a block from a Circle K. This was during the COVID restrictions so the Inn didn't have a breakfast. When I got there at midnight I pressed the button for service and the manager was right there, no waiting. If you're planning on coming to Willcox for their wine festivals in May and October or for Rex Allen Days and need to stay over, I highly recommend staying at the Arizona Sunset Inn. The prices are right and they're a few blocks from the festivities.

I really can't see why you'd spend more to stay in the chain by the highway. The AZ Sunset Inn is very clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast better than expected (even their off-the-shelf danish were really very good), all for a price you can't beat. Yes, the trains rolling by made a bit of a racket, but if you were in the chain by the highway I'll bet you'd have trucks rolling by 24/7, so whatever...trains have more charm. And go check out Chiricahua National Monument - well worth the trip!

This is a small hotel located at the edge of the town of Willcox. It is on the main drag and close to the attractions in Willcox. The staff was very personable and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-kept. It is pet friendly and has a reasonable pet fee. The owner has plans to continue to expand the location. Would definitely recommend this place

Stayed one night as we were passing through. Room was clean and simple with a good bed and quality TV. The bathroom is nothing fancy but it was updated. Honestly, couldn't ask for more for $70 per night.

We were convinced by the reviews to try this inn. Excellent choice! As others have said, rooms are clean and comfy. Nice shower, sheets and pillows. The breakfast is a simple continental but who cares? This is a reasonably priced hotel and it’s a great place to stay for the night. We pass by here once or twice a year and will definitely stay again. It’s an easy place to have a pet. The owners have done a terrific job of updating an older motel and this place seems lovingly cared for. We highly highly recommend.
