If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel around the holidays this place won’t disappoint! Unfortunately that’s about the only reason I would suggest going out of your way to stay. The rooms, service and amenities don’t justify the room rates in my opinion.

My husband and I spent the weekend In this hotel. The over all look is very nice, the hot tub was especially nice, very large and actually hot. Now specifically: Room- the only room available was a king handicapped room so I booked it, beware if you are actually handicapped, the light switch for the night lights is on the wall across the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it on or off and there is no other light in the room. The internet is terrible, it is free offered by the Chickasaw Nation but the quality sucks. Even the TV keeps losing connection, forget it if you want to work on your computer. I would pay for a better connection. Bathroom- it has handicapped bars by the toilet and the shower but the shower head only goes up and down, it does not detach so good luck reaching all parts in a wheelchair. Restaurant- there are no other eating places nearby so we tried it. The food was good the first night but the second night I ordered a burger and it was super salty AND it had a plastic tab in it. Yes IN it, they offered to replace it and took it off the bill but really? Covid- No mask enforcement, do as you please, even the staff at the restaurant had masks with the nose out. We enjoyed the Chickasaw National Recreation Area, very well kept, nice trails, would be nice in the summer for swimming.

We cannot say enough good things about this property. It is a beautiful hotel directly adjacent to the beautiful Chickasaw National Recreation Area. The property is very well managed and working hard to adhere to safety guidelines during the current pandemic. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The attached casino is smaller, but has a great selection of games if slots are of interest. Love the large bath house area to relax in as well. This is simply a beautiful well managed hotel resort.

What a great find!! Loved almost everything about this hotel and our stay. I only have a couple of things I would tweak to make it a 5 star!! 1. We arrived at night and the entrance was a bit dark and a little hard to figure out where to go for hotel check-in. 2. Hire bartenders that are going to bartend not stand around or go get food every two minutes. Your bar profits would go up if they where only a bartender and not a food runner!! The spa was fabulous and I recommend it. The weather was perfect so was the pool and jaccuzi!! We will be back !!

Nice property. But very poor room amenities. For $400 a night I expected more than plastic cups, slow internet and a small tv that didn’t have HD channels. I quit using their WIFI because my cell phone hot spot was much faster. I called the front desk and said my TV wasn’t working. Maintenace came right up but when I told him the issue he said “sorry that’s all we got.” So I’m streaming my YouTube TV on my laptop through my phone’s Hot Spot. What am I paying $400 for? I guess the Chickasaws don’t want you in your room, they want you in the casino.
