Stayed at this hotel on business for over a week. Absolutely wonderful stay - the staff is exceptional - every single one of them. So friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is excellent and very reasonable. Definitely a great place to stay.

Hotel is beautiful, and very close to the UTEP campus. The lobby is very well decorated and welcoming. The rooms were very clean upon arrival. Easy to park and lots of common areas to relax in. Breakfast area is standard to a HGI.

An excellent facility right next door to the University of Texas at El Paso. There is plenty of free parking and a strong internet signal is provided. This facility is also convenient to bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the region on the other side of the Garden Inn from the University. We encountered no safety concerns in walking to...

I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. The customer service was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet on a Saturday night with two big concerts going on nearby. It was conveniently located with restaurants within walking area. This is the best place we have stayed in our visits to El Paso.

I came to town for a consultation with a spine surgeon. I stayed at this hotel as it was in a good location and seemed comfortable. The bed was like an old college dorm room mattress. Hard, springy and sunken in. I did not sleep at all and could barely move in the morning. The restaurant is bad.

We pretty much had a standard HGI experience at this location. Our room was fine, but filled with miss-matched oversized dark wood furniture. In fact, the entire hotel is a little on the dark side which makes it feel somewhat dated when it really is not that old. There are nearby dining options, but after a long day of driving...

Good service, clean hotel, nice scenic views, fast check in, friendly staff, would stay here again. Not much of a breakfast offered and it should also be included. Overall enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this hotel to a friend

Got to my room late one evening from a work event. Turned on the TV in LOW volume and before I had finished taking my shoes off, the phone rang. The front desk asked me in a demanding tone to lower my volume like if I was having a party or something. I had to explain what I just wrote...

This is a strong link in the Hilton chain! Proximity to UTEP, walking distance to good restaurants, UTEP Library, free airport shuttle and complimentary shuttle to downtown make this a better-than-Uber-good choice.
