It looks nice on the outside but the inside of the rooms are beat up and run down. The bed was as hard as rock. the toilet was loose on the floor, the room was not even close to being clean. the wifi had a decent speed and a decent choice of channels. also the office is not open on...

I had the luck of being served by Sonja Nieves at the reception desk. She was so friendly and professional. She even went above and beyond one day when we needed a laundry card and she provided one that was left over. But it goes far beyond that, because every single contact that I had for a new card, or...

My husband and I came here for business. This place is not a typical hotel it's more of a apartment style living which is what we wanted. They start you off with one set of towels as well as one roll of toilet paper. It is your responsibility to wash towels and buy more toilet paper (most people get mad...

Booked two rooms for my pilots after reading about this extended stay hotel with full kitchens and all of the other typical amenities extended stays claim to offer. Pilots checked in and were informed there was no silverware, pots and pans, plates (anything to use with the full kitchen), no toilet paper or soap (had to call the front desk...

Do yourself a favor and pay the few extra bucks to get a better hotel. This is hands down one of the worst places I've ever stayed, and I stay at a lot of hotels. Between the most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced, and the constant noise from neighbors I barely got any sleep while I was here. Not once...

This place is great, if you like staying with screaming kids, drug dealers and general lowlifes. Dont believe the pictures, they aren't that nice. I got the impression it was where people stay whose trailer had burned down.

I can't even explain how horrible this hotel was. The outside is deceiving as it looks well maintained, however, the inside is horrid. On our second night, we were woken up at 5am to a man screaming outside our door, clearly intoxicated and running down the hall banging on doors. He continued to do this for 1 hour. Once the...

I have never stayed in a hotel where you have people living and not because they are in town for an extended period due to their job. The office is only open from 11am-7PM and you must notify them 24hrs in advance when you are leaving or they keep your deposit, which is a total scam. You get 1 set...

I guess, we do get what we pay for. We were gonna stay at this place for 2 weeks, but we just stayed the one week coz we had already paid. Apparently, no room is NON-SMOKING! We have two children under 4..our baby is only 2 months old. The room we stayed at looked nothing like the pictures they have...
