Our stay consisted of two couples, a single adult and two children, all rooming together and we were comfortable. Nice place to get some rest and close to shopping malls. Easy access to several places of interest. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.
I have visited the hotel lately, and I like their spacious suites, with very good bedding. The bathrooms are too small. Lobby and Breakfest area is nice, and the Starbucks coffee is great to have in Lobby.
I love the Hyatt Place hotels. I can go to any city and be sure I’ll be staying at a nice hotel. Dependable and classy! This is something like the 10th one of these hotels I have visited and it lived up to the brand.
The facility as updated but still felt like an old building. The staff was great. Breakfast was good, hot and cold food. The location was good to Fort Bliss, restaurants and shopping areas. The room would not cool down and the refrigerator would not work.
