Excellent front desk service Beds and linen are good. Quiet room. Housekeeping very basic. They left empty shampoo in the shower and did not replace amenities. Bathroom products very small only last for one shower... need to ask daily... paper tissue quality poor. Consider Kleenex or similar... Could not communicate with housekeepers as they did not speak any English on both occasions. Elevators need some major cleaning more often... The restaurant downstairs is the highlight and very convenient. Excellent sandwiches on the go at the lobby gift shop. Super fresh! Good pricing. Valet parking can be rude and need customer training. Robotic service. Beautiful pool in the summer! Great location downtown. Descent for the price...
We had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel for our Anniversary, and the service was great! Extremely friendly staff, they went out of their way to say hi and greet you. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Our bathroom also had his and her sinks, and a huge walk in shower with a waterfall shower head!We wanted some late night sweets so we ordered a basket of Churros through room service and they were so good, I highly recommend them!
Stayed in the Hotel for just over two weeks while I was working. Definitely, hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had. Staff were there at every beckon, ready to do whatever I requested. Most all of them knew me by name and I got to have many conversations with most of them, very lovely group of people. The common areas look very modern, rooftop pool looks very picturesque in it's layout, and has an awesome backdrop of some El Paso high risers. 5/5 would come back, for leisure travel or for work
I frequently visit hotels as my family and I travel for work. I have never experienced as much as of class act as Dave the consierre. I showed up in my paint stained clothes after a long day and he made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. I have never had as good service as what has been provided and I have only been at the hotel now for an hour. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the el paso area, and this hotel was recommended by a close friend of mine. Word of mouth is a great way to get business and obviously yall are doing something right here. Thank you dave!
I stayed in the hotel overnight during a road trip as I’ve done before. Check-in was smooth and the hotel was clean. Staff wore masks and were helpful. There are NO signs in the hotel about masks being required and and both times I had to take the elevator I was met with other guests not wearing their mask. I realize this is a challenging time for everyone but it would be helpful if the hotel would take some pro-active steps. I did make this request of the staff upon arrival and departure.
