Experience Award Winning hospitality at our newly renovated Holiday Inn Presidential-Downtown Little Rock. We are located in the heart of downtown Little Rock near attractions such as the River Market, William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Library and Museum, Statehouse Convention Center, and Verizon Arena. As with all Holiday Inn hotels, ours was designed with family travel in mind. Relax, reconnect, or just take a dip in the pool. Of course, kids stay and eat free. You won't have to go far to grab a drink or find a meal with our restaurant and bar onsite. Camp David offers a menu selection of international cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a full bar. Of course, there's always room service too. At the end of the day, you deserve a clean, comfortable guest room. Climb into a cozy bed, pull up a fluffy comforter and pick between a firm or soft pillow. Awaken refreshed and enjoy complimentary in-room Keurig coffee and J.R. Watkins Natural Bath Products.

My overall impression of this Holiday Inn was the friendly service of the hotel staffs. Marqus from the front desk was very accommodating and friendly with nice smile. The check in was fast and efficient. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and attentive. They were bunch happy people at work which is rare to see in the service industry now-a-days. Area for improvement is the elevator shall be vacuumed more frequently.

Super easy I-40 access. We walked in with no reservation and got a very reasonable rate. Hokey was fresh and the staff was very courteous. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it couldn’t have been better.

This was such a disappointing stay, especially since I did quite a bit of searching before choosing this property. Overall there is an accumulation of neglect here, from the elevators and lobby floor to the hallways and the actual room. The headboards, nightstand, desk and dresser appeared to have been recently replaced/new. Other than that, we encountered either dust, dirt or mold. Rooms facing I-40 are in no way sound proof as we could clearly hear traffic. Sounded as tho the window was actually open. The loud drone of the AC drowned it out, which was someone helpful. We also questioned the cleanliness of our bedding as the linens were especially wrinkled and the pillows did not smell fresh. We checked in late and were simply too tired to complain. We did let Kalee at the front desk know that our room smelled of cigarette smoke so that we would not be held responsible for the $250 penalty fee for smoking in the room. She was the one bright spot as she was welcoming and tried her best to be professional. We opted to not use the breakfast vouchers she offered, to compensate for the odor, because based on the quality of our stay, we anticipated additional disappointment with breakfast. Kalee is the reason we chose to give 2 versus 1 Star. The updated furnishings are a great start, but there is a long way to go for this property to deserve a stay.

King sized bed with King sized pillows was a comfortable novelty on this trip. The air conditioner although on at the thermostat, required turning on the unit itself. This has to be the smallest bathroom on our trip. The tub shower nozzle was able to be adjusted. The room was updated, but they forgot the windows. Every time the a/c cycled off, the interstate noise was quite clear. Restaurant at 6pm on a Friday was loud like a bar with 2 birthday parties. Was remarkable how peaceful it became as the parties left. Breakfast was improved the next morning, two buffets later, spouse told someone they needed to update the yogurt selection for those allergic to strawberry with only strawberry yogurt varieties out. They do carry other flavors.

WE arrived shortly after a traumatic storm on 6/18/09. The power was out and tensions were high. It made for the beginning of a Stephen King movie. We had arrived late, due to the weather, and we had been told by IHG that our room reservation had been cancelled. Anxiety was high for our family already, this was a lot to add to the fire. Marcus, the clerk on duty, could not have been any nicer. It was a short time, and without electricity, he found us a room and got us checked in. The ac was out until 4 am, but we were so thankful we had a comfy bed. The entire staff at this IHG PROPERTY is extremely friendly and they go out of their way to help. The rooms are always clean and they are very roomy. It’s one of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed in. You are next to the freeway and you wouldn’t know it. Excellent experience. It’s great this management has employees who care and perform their jobs flawlessly.
